all time favorite local gym in EaDo. tried multiple mainstream gyms & couldn’t commit to all the troubles they brought (too crowded, horrible parking, ridiculous pricing etc.) decided to do a day pass & fell in love the first day. small yes but has everything you need & does the job. yes they are “busier” times throughout the day but what’s amazing is this gym is 24/7 so you can definitely plan your workout any time you want! owner is a pleasure & definitely committed to helping you with anything you need! forever member

Oh man!!! This facility is small but mighty; I tried out the day pass to see if I would like it and it’s perfect. Not a lot of people, had everything you need to get a full body or isolation workout. No bells and whistles like some other box box gyms in terms of ball courts or saunas but that’s fine because coming here, you know you’re coming to work! I’m actually headed to my big box gym and cancel now to sign up here!

I am updating my review.
This is a great place. It feels friendly. Never crowded. People clean the equipment and re-rack the weights.
You enter with a code, so it's safe even late at night.
Trainers are knowledgeable and they push you without being Jenks.
You can cast your music to the speakers. I feel comfortable going there and that is helping me reach my goals.

Stopped by this weekend to check out this gym. It may be a bit smaller then other gyms but it really does pack a punch, they pretty much have everything you need for a good workout and a bit more. Got to give it to the owner, super nice guy and I can see a lot of passion has gone into this gym!

Was in town from Dallas, stopped at a different gym but they didn't sell pre-workout. Found this gym and he didn't sell any either, but hooked me up with some and recommended a nutrition shop nearby. Best experience I have ever had in a gym customer service wise. I was treated like family, will definitely get day passes in the future when I'm in town. Definitely recommend!

I enjoy the commerce street gym but because of an accident I had that injured my back the equipment is to hard on my back. I need equipment now that you don't have to load the weights onto but I enjoyed the ability to come at anytime I wanted.

Ok, so I love this gym. It’s conveniently located near my home and business -it’s always neat and tidy- towel, beverages, disinfectants, new equipment, and Bluetooth speakers (all really nice for a 24 hour self serve gym) I tend to come late after work so I like that it’s not crowded and the few times I have seen ppl, they’re always super nice, helpful, and respectful. The Owner is very responsive considering I’ve never even seen him. I like that this gym feels lax and chill with plenty of standard equipment and back parking as well as showers. The membership is super affordable so literally no complaints.

Conveniently located off of downtown with adequate parking this gym picks up where other larger gyms can’t deliver. All the essential equipment needed for a good workout are here. You can do one hell of a leg day and chest day here. The gym is cleans, organized and easy to navigate. The clientele is diverse, friendly and always professional. Everyone is there to get a good workout in.

There are lockers and showers available. The hours are great. Clean towels are provided as well as supplies for disinfecting equipment. Unlike other gyms people actually rack their weights here.

I really appreciate this business and can’t think of what I would do for my after hours workouts if it wasn’t there. Thank you Commerce Gym!

First off, the gym is always clean. Big thanks to management for that! Second, the convenience in having 24 hour access is a big plus. I sometimes have to get in a workout super early and that helps a lot. Thirdly, they provide towels during the workout along with showers. Lastly, the gym provides plenty of machines to target the whole body. Awesome gym!

I love this gym! It is a great location if you are close to downtown and for a small place he has pretty much all the equipment needed for bodybuilding workouts. The best thing is that you can work out any time... The gym is one of the only ones that is open 24 hours in Houston.

I just recently started going to this gym and i love it SO MUCH! The 24 hour access, amenities, location, and attentive owner make it my favorite gym of all time. My only regret is that I didn't dump the big gyms sooner! If you're looking for a gym that focuses on training, this is the place for you because there aren't a lot of cardio machines.

Awesome Gym! I’m brand new to working out, and after spending 3 months indoors during COVID-19 quarantine, I decided it was time to start working out and learning how to lift weights. Enter Michael White. Michael is a great person who cares about the health and well-being of all his gym members. He trained me for a reasonable price for 8 sessions and now I visit the gym nearly every weekday. The gym has everything you need: weights, cardio, resistance bands, boxing equipment, a kitchenette, showers, lockers, and drinking water. It’s very clean too! Every member wipes down the weights and machines with sanitizer spray after every-use. If you forget your protein or energy, the gym has a stash and you can pay via venmo. All of the members are helpful, and they encourage each other. It’s not like a “big box” gym at all. It’s very comfortable. Also, If you’re a lady and need a trainer, ask for Crissy, she’s awesome! Right now pricing is only $55 per month and you have 24-7-365 Access. I’m very happy I joined this gym.

I go to LA fitness only because I work odd hours and in different places so it’s convenient to have locations everywhere. But I’m tired of it so I tried it out here and I am now considering getting a membership here in addition to that one because it’s amazing here. Worked out once and it was just me. I asked the owner for a “Day Pass” and that I would pay but Michael insisted to just workout there and he’d remotely let me in. The gym was smaller than expected which made me nervous at first BUT I realized there was everything you needed and some! The space is small but is used very effectively. The machines are all great, nothing is just laying around, you have access to clean restroom/showers/gym space/lockers/water/towel service/and access to the gyms speaker which is a huge plus. Also something that I thought was creative is the live feed camera to see how busy it is. I hope to move things around and be able to cancel my current membership or go here in addition soon. Definitely recommend!

I recently joined and its perfect for me! Everything you need is there, great combo of free wieghts and machines. All the bands you need, weight belts, bars, everything. Even some of the bigger gyms dont have that available. I love the vibe of this place, feels like a place Rocky would train! Great gym! All the equipment you need. Love the fact that it is usually just me in the gym! You can listen to your music throughout the gym, which is awesome. Towel service, water and cups included. Awesome experience. Really glad I joined. Right next to minute maid park, so I will be able to workout right before I head to the game!
