I moved from Kalispell Montana in July 2024 and I searched high and low for a new crossfit gym. With compass crossfit I didn’t just find coaches that met me where I was, but took the time to explain and coach me 1:1 so I can grow as a person and member. I felt accepted and gained new friends that are like family to me now. I recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been a member at compass for 1.5 years. I was nervous about starting because of the stigma around the term "Crossfit". Compass did a great job of breaking that mold. They assessed my level of fitness and help me build slowly so that I would not injure myself. If you have been to another Box in town and been turned off by the atmosphere make sure you give Compass a try. This crew truly cares about their members and treats them as family.

The most encouraging, humble, loving CrossFit community I have ever experienced. Tim and Randi (husband and wife) are the owners and they will immediately make you feel at home and like you're already part of the family from the get go. I'm a student at Tech and I am graduating in May and dreading it because I know I will be leaving them too soon. CrossFit has changed my life for the better, and I know if wouldn't have stuck with it if it wasn't for my Compass family. The first Friday of every month there's "Friday Funday" and after the WOD everyone eats food that's prepared/brought/bought and drinks (BYOB-or whatever you're into lol), it's always something awesome! They BBQ, grill, have crawfish boil and people share their favorite Paleo dish or whatever concoction they're trying out this week and it's awesome. People from other boxes are also encouraged to come and it's a lot of fun working out and coming together as a true community, no matter where you're main box may be. The coaches here also can't be beat. I have never wanted to try so hard in my life than when they encourage me right as I'm about to give up. From helping me move to letting me cry in a dress and nanos before the WOD in front of everyone...there's nothing you can do that will make them turn their back on you...instead they're there with open arms. I started this wanting to just get fit, and what I got along the way are some of the best people I've ever known that I am lucky enough to have in my life, a place to go everyday where I know I will be accepted as I am (which is absolutely a handful haha), AND (semi...still a work in progress) FIT. I love Compass. I love CrossFit. I love these people.
