I highly recommend! I have been doing personal training at Conquer for a month and look forward to it. Every personal trainer I have worked with has been so knowledgeable. This is an environment of encouragement. Each trainer has had that perfect balance of working hard but not wrecking me! If you have had that experience in the past, then you know what I mean. I have been in the corporate world sitting for the last 30 years and I needed to build strength. Loving every minute of this and feel safe with this team of trainers. I can’t emphasize enough how professional, knowledgeable and motivating this team is. I began my fitness journey with Conquer Fitness 2 months ago. I like that they offer classes or one on one. I opted for the one on one due to some shoulder issues and getting back into fitness after being stagnant for the past few years. I like that they rotate trainers so you get a unique experience week after week. I’m starting to feel the results and am pleased with the progression. Update: I've been going to Conquer Fitness for 3+months and compared progress pics yesterday. I see changes! I feel them, too, in how I carry myself, in how much easier certain tasks are. And I love the trainers -- they are kind, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I also enjoy the small group format -- we aren't chatty, but it creates a kind of synergy as we each work toward our goals.

I'm still a newbie at Conquer Fitness, but its already been a great investment in myself and my future. I'm coming back from years of mobility challenges and obesity, so knowing the owner and several trainers have relevant backgrounds and training (physical therapy, for example) means I feel safer in their instruction and guidance. I do semi-private training and still feel i get quality focus from the trainer every time. I'm also getting to recognize some other clients who tend to go at the same time, which is nice -- we aren't chatty, necessarily, but its a supportive environment. My goals are to get strong, reclaim and even enhance mobility, make some bucket list trips physically possible, and avoid aging-related issues like osteoporosis, dementia, and the need for long-term care because one day I just sat down and didn’t get up again. And get comfortable in my skin for maybe the first time ever. They're gonna be key in that journey for me!

It's been three months since I joined Conquer Fitness, and it's been an amazing experience. I've tried many different workouts and gyms over the years, but my time at Conquer has been the best so far.

The trainers are all fantastic and great to work with. I love that the class sizes are small, which means you get plenty of individual attention. Thanks to them, my form and strength have improved significantly. The free Hyrox class on Sunday is my absolute favorite!

As a hijabi, I feel very comfortable working out here, and I genuinely look forward to and enjoy every session. The various events they host are not only great but also very informative. The community is welcoming and supportive, and I'm so glad I found this place.

I am still new and have done few classes but I can already see the difference. This has been the BEST fitness gym I have ever been to. I truly appreciate getting to experience the expertise from all of the trainers. I had surgery just about a year ago and finished physical therapy 3 months ago — I have had more recovery with building back strength and balance since starting at Conquer a month and a half ago than I did by the end of my PT. I came to Conquer Fitness 10 months ago with a fair amount of anxiety due to a chronic foot problem, feeling like I’d lost most of the tone/strength I’d previously established. I quickly realized that Conquer is different from all the other gyms I’ve been to in very significant ways--from the fact that the entire operation is overseen by the PT/owner Dr. John Dougherty, to the fact that nutrition, education, and interventions like dry-needling serve as valuable resources for clients. The trainers here are exceptional. They listened carefully and built an individualized program that fits my situation and challenges. Kevin has been an especially helpful guide through this fitness journey, progressing me strategically and thoughtfully so that I am now building strength and stability (and losing weight!) that I didn’t think was possible—and I’m finally enjoying working out again. I found this gym while looking for a place to rehab my knee after ACL surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The trainers work with me one-on-one, and they are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They teach proper form and explain what each exercise is doing, which has helped me feel more confident in my recovery.

One of the things I appreciate most is how well they listen—when I say I can push harder, they challenge me, but they also know when to remind me to be patient if I get too excited and try to do too much. It’s a perfect balance.

Beyond the great training, the gym itself has an amazing atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming, and there’s no judgment—just a supportive community. I never feel rushed or like my workout is less important because I’m still rebuilding strength.

I came to Conquer Fitness with a lot of skepticism- in fact, I only signed up for a month at first because I wasn’t sure they could help me. I’ve had a long journey after a pretty serious injury, and I was starting to feel like this could be the best it’ll ever be. I’m a 57 year old woman, and while I was a regular at the gym when I was younger, they’ve become a lot more intimidating and overwhelming- especially after my injury. Each workout I’ve done at Conquer Fitness has been tailored to my abilities and goals, with just enough push to show me that I’m capable of more. I’ve been a member at Conquer for over a year now, started with 1on1 training, got into group classes, etc. Not once have I regretted choosing Conquer. From day one, it was clear that the team was interested in helping me reach my goals. The support in diet, exercise, motivation, never wavered once since I started. They always follow up and try to accommodate the best they can. Conquer is such a supportive environment where everyone wants you to be your best. I’ve had 4 surgeries on my right hip. I played recreational tennis for over 15 years. But after the surgeries I felt depressed that I couldn’t play anymore. It’s been a hard journey. I joined in April '24 and am very happy. At the beginning of 2024 I started losing weight after being scared at how high my A1C had gone last November. After about 6 weeks of losing weight I realized I was also losing muscle and needed to keep what I have (I'm 62). With no real workout experience in my life Conquer Fitness had exactly what I needed - one on one training to teach me what and how to work out. All the trainers I have worked with are great and I like the various trainer approach because the workouts also vary some which is nice. I just recently found out my A1C had dropped down to the normal level which it has not been for maybe 15 years. For the first time ever I'm being consistent with exercise / working out and the gym is so encouraging to help me keep it up. They are worth the price!

I’m over 60, and this place offers a unique, personalized training program. You have various trainers that you can pick from, and they have different styles and techniques. I’m a no pain, no gain, feel the burn, no holding back kind of guy. Being a star athlete at one time, I have a lot of injuries, and they’re very good at ensuring you are not doing more damage but developing to strengthen and limit additional surgeries, if possible. Was looking for a place to get stronger since I work on a chair all day. Hoping to find just a general strength training program, ya know? Nothing that will make my limbs fall off.

I am now fully aware that I'm being trained to become the next Marvel Avenger. We're not talking mindless weight training either. They had me do exercise to improve overall balance and stability. A good mixture of iron weights, body weights, and elastic bands being used in each training session. All the trainers are educated in the science of body conditioning as well as nutrition, so it's great to talk to them about what I should be eating while training. All of this comes without the drill Sargeant attitude breathing down your neck, or the carelessness that you will find in the other major gyms.

I hate exercising. I’ve tried working out with friends that were college athletes, watching workout videos on YouTube and following trainers on workout apps. I never found success with any of these methods of exercising because my friends were always pushing me towards injury, I hated skipping ads halfway through the workouts on YouTube and I would always have to Google more information in order to prevent injury when trying to complete the workouts from the apps.
After receiving injuries to my back from a vehicle accident, I stopped trying any of these, afraid of causing further damage to my back. 60 pounds later, I was very aware that it was time to do more than walk to the icebox and back to the couch.
After successfully walking 5 miles a day and convincing myself that I could stick with daily exercise, I began searching for gyms. First, I considered joining CrossFit but wasn’t sure if that would be a great option for my back. I then saw an ad for Conquer on Instagram and visited the website. Based upon the reviews of people stating that the staff was trained to work with individuals with injuries, I signed up.
Since signing up, I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained noticeable muscle and have, for the first time, developed a desire to exercise.
Jakobie, Darius, John, Cristian and Kevin have all been knowledgeable on proper technique for movement and recovery.
I’ve not injured my back, my shoulder pain has reduced significantly from the provided recovery movements and I have stable energy throughout the day.
I am thankful to be a part of Conquer and have grown significantly in my understanding of proper movement and recovery techniques.

I have been working out at Conquer Fitness for approximately 5 months and am very pleased with my results in such a short time. I had knee surgery at the beginning of the year and needed more physical therapy in order to strengthen my knee and the muscles surrounding my knee. I had little to no muscle tone when I first began, and John was patient and encouraged me when needed because I was disheartened and somewhat discouraged by my previous experience with physical therapy. However, I am now stronger with a greater range of motion and flexibility. I am no longer walking with a limp and am able to complete a majority of the exercises while feeling confident and determined that I will get back to 100%. Excellent trainers and very knowledgeable. You can just tell that they really care about you! All the workouts are different for each session so it never gets boring. I feel so refreshed after every workout. I would highly recommend Conquer Fitness

I like conquer fitness because I’m 13 and they treat me just like I’m an adult and I get a really fit workout. When I walked in the I say a lot of machine work witch is what I like. I used to live in Idaho and they did not treat 13 year olds like the same level as adults witch was hard for me because I didn’t get pushed and the workout that I needed but at conquer fitness I do.

I joined conquer in June after a weight loss plateau. John and I met to discuss nutrition and goals. I stopped focusing on weight loss and instead, building muscle and getting fit. Totally in love with everyone at Conquer Fitness. I started a few months ago with severe lower back pain and was unable to do all of the things I love. The trainers are very professional and friendly and really work hard to help you meet your goals. Thanks to Christian, Jakobie, Collin, Kevin and John I am stronger and more mobile than ever. I am back to all of the things I love including paddle boarding, scuba diving and wake surfing. Could not have done it without Conquer Fitness!

This gym is perfect for people with anxiety like me! I discovered it randomly by googling personal trainer near me because I get really overwhelmed by going to public gyms by myself not knowing where to start. Everyone that works here is super nice and helpful and great at explaining each workout. They’ve showed me a bunch of new exercises and made me feel confident that I can become fit too!

I've been here a little over 3 months. Every coach is professional, super motivating, and is there to help. The classes are well-structured. Hi, I joined Conquer 2 months ago and I absolutely love Conquer Fitness Personal Training... Last year had been really hard both mentally and physically and when it was time to join gym back i didn't have to look further... I know i have a long road ahead of me but this is where i see me achieving my goals... The trainers are super knowledgeable and take into account the health conditions, injuries, and still challenge you enough to get great workouts. I have been doing personal 1 on 1 training for couple months now and see great boost in my confidence levels and also feel stronger and better than ever. John and his team are amazing and are very experienced and friendly. Every week they rotate the trainers which is great as every coach has their own style. This has been very helpful for me and I am excited and look forward to continue my progress.....
