I joined Conquer Fitness around November of 2024 and have been going consistently 3 times a week. Without a doubt, I’ve seen a good deal of improvement in strength and muscle tone, while also losing about 15 pounds. As with many of the other reviews, I have to echo how great Charles and Miranda are as Personal Trainers. They’re both very knowledgeable and all the workouts are tough without being too extreme. What I really appreciate is how you don’t need to plan what you’re going to do at the gym. When I used to go to other gyms like 24 HR Fitness, it was very easy to get lost with all the machines and other options, so coming here and just focusing on the routine really helped simplify my fitness journey.

The only con to this place is really the price. Even with the promotional deal, it’s WAY more than I’m used to paying for a gym membership. So, if you’re serious about fitness, this is a great option but be sure to commit to coming regularly.

Conquer Fitness has been great for me. I wanted a change from the big box gym, and wanted a new routine without the expense of 1 on 1 training. Over the last five months, Miranda, Charles and Noe have helped me push myself to get stronger and more fit while also being careful to adjust moves for my shoulder injuries so that I can still build strength without aggravating the area. Miranda is helping me do more PT-focused work on my shoulders. I’m seeing muscle definition in a few places now, and really enjoy coming to the sessions since the exercises are varied each week rather than just repeating the same things each time.

I've attended sessions at Conquer Fitness Las Colinas since the fall of 2024. I left my previous gym and attended Conquer to reduce injuries from improper form when lifting weights. I've worked out consistently for 25 years. I'm in my 40's now and I find that I tend to hurt myself more when lifting weights. Charles and Miranda have helped alleviate my hurts and injuries by demonstrating and supervising proper form when executing lifting techniques and dynamic movements. At other gyms, the goal is to lift as heavy as you can as many times as you can to get stronger and be able to lift heavier and heavier each time. At Conquer, you will lift lighter weights with higher repetitions. This has helped me reduce injuries from overburden and still make the gains I'm looking for. I highly recommend Conquer Fitness Las Colinas for those experienced in fitness, those that are new to it, or those that may be rusty.

I joined Conquer Fitness Las Colinas with the hope of improving my fitness, and while there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was mixed.

Pros:
The trainers are knowledgeable and very supportive. Both Miranda and Charles are especially positive and helpful, making the training environment welcoming.
During the sign-up process, my body composition was measured, and I was informed.

Cons:
However, throughout my two-month membership, no follow-up measurements were conducted. I was told that a new measurement device had arrived and that I needed to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, when I showed up at my scheduled time, the staff was busy with another client, and my assessment was never completed.
There was no structured nutritional guidance or follow-up. Perhaps this was because I mentioned handling my diet independently.
The workouts are intense, which can be challenging for someone who has been inactive for a long time or hasn't done functional strength training before.
Trainers do not track the weights you use most of the time, so if you accidentally push beyond your limits, you might end up with muscle soreness or even minor injuries for several days.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, Conquer Fitness did not fully meet my expectations. The pricing feels high given the issues I encountered, especially without a promotional discount. However, if your goals align with their training style, Miranda and Charles could be great assets to your fitness journey.

Would I recommend it? It depends on your fitness level and expectations. If you’re experienced and don’t need detailed tracking, you might enjoy the workouts. But if you're looking for a structured and closely monitored program, semi-private training may not be the best fit. You should check for their private trainings.

I signed up for 3 times per week sessions, the app is very easy to use to book or cancel your sessions, and the availability has been seamless.
