We are a personal training studio that specializes in semi-private training (small groups of 2-6 people). This allows us to provide individual attention and coaching similar to 1-on-1 training at a fraction of the price.

Just joined and this is a great fit for me. They provide personal coaching in a small group setting and even after just a few weeks I can tell I am making progress, getting stronger, and feeling better. The coaches are supportive and encouraging as well as motivating stretching me to do my best and making adjustments where necessary. I highly recommend them!

I have been working out at Conquer Trophy Club since February 2025. The trainers have been fantastic and I have had great results from the workouts (stronger, more muscle mass & less body fat). I really like that the workouts are tailored to each individual’s fitness level (Red, yellow and green workouts). I highly recommend Conquer Trophy Club for anyone who wants to build lean muscle, burn fat or just build healthier habits.

I started working out for strength training at this gym since July 2025. My goal was to be active and loose weight.
The coach helps you and guides during your upper and lower strength training followed by core exercises. It is very nice to get feedback from the trainers when you do any mistakes. My personal favorite is Jesse and now Dakota took as they both go above and beyond their coaching skills.
If you believe that health is wealth please join as this gym is specifically for 40 plus .

Trainers helps you do the exercises correctly and challenge you to make sure you have progress. They are very nice and positive. Top management check up on you to see how things are going. I am someone who jumps gyms every 3 months as I quickly get bored; however, I have been at Conquer since June and still love it! Clif is fantastic at keeping the workouts challenging, which keeps me progressing. Let’s start with the truth. I’m 65 and have never really been a gym member. Yep, there were a couple of very short lived memberships to giant chains that I paid for but never went. Yep I’m that guy. So why did I join Conquer Trophy Club? It’s very convenient, the classes are small, and they specialize in ME, older with no experience. The trainers explain everything, they keep an eye that you don’t overdo, and let you know how you’re doing. The support and reinforcement have been great. Am I strong and buff after a month? Let’s be realistic. But I am enjoying myself and I’m maintaining a positive attitude.

This training program is exactly what I was looking for and needed. As a former athlete trying to get back in shape and overcome a few ailments, every work out has been spot on and catered to my individual needs, fitness goals and preferred workout intensity. Clif and Rhonda are excellent coaches! They both really pay close attention to each participant and assure, form, weights, and personal needs are top priority. The gym is very clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, climate controlled and a very positive atmosphere! Anyone, at any fitness level would thrive in this fitness program.

Conquer Trophy Club is legit. Clif is an exceptional trainer and motivator! His workouts are very challenging for any fitness level and will get harder as you progress. The classes are small, no more than 6 people. They do free nutrition and recovery clinics each month, plus have partnerships with several other local businesses to aid in nutrition and recovery at a discount. I ❤️ Conquer! I met with Cliff over a month ago to talk about my goals and also my injuries. In that meeting he took the time to show me simple adjustments I could make that would allow me to do several exercises without pain. I have had shoulder surgery and have some recurring knee pain. His adjustments were simple but highly effective.
I've now been to 3 different classes. I love the small size, max of 6 people. People are friendly. The circuits are well designed and all the trainers will adjust items to accommodate injuries and also ensure you are using the correct form.

Finally I don't have to drive to Southlake for semi-personal training! I love weights, resistance training and HIIT and I get all of it at Conquer Fitness.
I started going week 1 and I train 3-4 days a week with Rhoda and Clif. They are excellent trainers - They watch your form and make corrections when needed and their workouts are designed for every level of fitness. You will hit each body part during a week and there are always abs tied into every workout.
If you have not checked them out, you should! There are going to be some fit people running around here in Trophy Club and you're going to get left behind! LOL

Clif is a great trainer - very knowledgeable of injuries / age related challenges. The small group accountability really helps me SHOW UP and the circuits are tailored to each person, basically personal training but with a group of others. I like the simple model of monthly fee and can cancel any time with no penalty. I have had fun getting back into fitness here and can’t wait for the next session!
