I have always been physically active and strived to build a better physique since I was a teenager. My knowledge has been minimal "bro science," at best.. and my results reflected that. I met Stephen through a friend of mine. I was informed if I wanted to get serious about my goals he would be my best bet. I was not disappointed. Stephen is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I was educated on proper dieting/supplementing. He also provided me with workouts that I never incorporated in my routines before. Following my plan, I managed to hit my first goal of putting on 10lbs of lean mass and hitting a personal goal of benching 315lbs at 205lbs.

Roughly 1 year had passed and I decided I wanted to compete in my first "Physique Competition." Over the span of 12 weeks Stephen worked with me every other day tweaking my diet and workouts to hit my mark for my first show. I will continue to use "Core Condition Fitness," moving forward!
