EJ is a great instructor, very patient and positive. Always greets you with a smile! I was new to strength training and I have seen the difference it has made in my fitness. Cathrine is an amazing pilates instructor. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of the human body helps me get the most out of every exercise. Once you have Catherine, no other instructor will compare.

Catherine & EJ are highly trained Pilates/fitness instructors and work diligently to ensure quality workouts while taking into consideration the physical condition of each client.
