I arrived at 1:32 for a 1:30 class to find a locked door. I get itβI should have been on time, but traffic on 75 is as predictable as Texas weather. Studios usually give you a 5-minute grace period before locking the door. There was also no sign on the door saying that the door would be locked at a certain time before or after the class starts, like normal studios usually do. I find this very unprofessional.

As a member of CorePower and a consistent customer of CorePower Preston forest, my review reflects on my previous experience of checking in. My friend has been wanting to try CorePower for a bit now, and I thought since I had a buddy pass it would be a fun and active activity to do. She accepted the invite, and we went in. (For some context, we had taken a uber to CorePower. We are 16, yet do not have any forms of ID.) When we got to the counter she asked for my friends ID. My friend explained our situation about how we donβt have a form of ID with us. She then said that if we live close we should go back home to get it. My friend lives in frisco, so that wasnβt an option. So, after we made all of this clear, she still denied us. This left us stranded outside in the rain with no ride, all she watch us stand outside. CorePower has truly changed my perspective of being active and consistent, but after this experience I will be putting my membership to an end. My friends and I understand the policy, but itβs rude, and the generosity was at an all time low. This team member does not represent CorePower well. Very disappointed, so long CorePower.

I've been attending classes at this hot yoga studio for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The heat was a bit intense at first, but now I absolutely love how it helps me go deeper into each pose.
One of the biggest changes I've noticed is the improvement in my lower back. I used to deal with constant stiffness and discomfort, but since starting hot yoga here, my back has been feeling so much better. The combination of stretching, strengthening, and the warmth of the room has made a huge difference in my mobility and overall comfort.
If you're thinking about giving hot yoga a tryβespecially if you're dealing with back issuesβI highly recommend this studio. It's been a game-changer for me!

Overall I have had good experiences with this studio. The staff is kind and welcoming and the facilities are nice. The teachers share helpful messages of self-love and giving grace to yourself and others. However, I had a frustrating experience when I was locked out of class when I arrived on time one afternoon. Staff replies are unhelpful; Of course my goal is to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time. It is frustrating to be locked out when I arrive on time.

First time at this location, and it was a pleasant and wonderful experience. Morgan was so gracious to me being and new and running late bc of traffic. Her class was encouraging, high energy, and no judgment; she set a great environment! Great work out!

Love the classes but I think itβs highly inconsiderate for those of us who live an hour away from the studio and rush to get there, even leave home earlier, and happen to get stuck in traffic. Then you arrive only 6 min late the doors are Locked so you literally just wasted time and gas which are expensive and there is no one you can call to talk to b/c they only have the Denver location answering the phones. This is not fair for members and people who stay long distances like give us a break!

I recently took one of Natashaβs Sunday, midday classes at this location and it was PHENOMENAL! As a yoga newbie, I absolutely loved the pace and the energy, it literally was a whole vibe from start to finish. I definitely plan on attending regularly as long as Natasha is teaching this class. Kudos!

Debbie the studio owner is so great, Iβm just getting back into yoga after a year + and felt so comfortable in her class. No judgement zone! The studio has a peaceful modern feel and always clean! Love the classes, their hot power fusion is the best, esp when done by candlelight. 100% recommend!

I was in town for business and took the opportunity to take a C2 class to work out the kinks from my flight. Jeannelle led a great class with great energy and helped me sweat out the stress of traveling. Thanks Jeannelle.

TEAM LEENA! Best sculpt teacher around! She is very approachable, relatable, yet keeps pushing us past our comfort zone to do more than we have done before. Even when we are doing nine hundred thousand squats!!!! Lol #Yoga #Sculpt #Leena #Core

I came here for a yoga sculpt class with class pass. The dry heat in the studio, coupled with extremely fast paced steady state cardio, loud music, and a not so welcoming vibe was not for me.
While this was an intense cardio workout, I felt that what was practiced at this studio was far from the spiritual experience of true yoga. The performative incorporation of the poses and cursory use of breathing practices and sacred greetings around a class that was essentially aerobics set to hip hop felt disrespectful to the millions of people who practice yoga as a connection to the divine.
This isn't the type of yoga I would like to practice and that is the main reason that I will not be returning to this studio.
Two stars for the beautiful and clean facilities, and the fact that the front door is locked during classes.

Took an AH-MAZING class here taught by studio manager, Catrina. Managers Abby (Henderson studio) & Matt (Mockingbird Station studio) were also there to adjust and support. All three were so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy that we were there... which makes me incredibly sad that there isn't a location any closer to me than this one.
Since this was a complementary event hosted by Dallas Blogger Collective, my towel and mat rental were waived (normally $1 and $2, respectively). I was also given a key fob card for future classes, which I love since your first week at any location is free! Water is available for purchase and the adorable boutique in front is filled with yogi attire and mala jewelry. Corner Bakery (from a few doors down) was also there serving yummy light brunch bites and coffee (think oatmeal, fresh fruit, tabbouleh, etc.). The space itself is filled with clean, modern lines and gives off an airy feel in every room, including the locker area.
Towards the end of class, I had a 'spinach in my teeth' moment, except it was a big smear of black mascara underneath my left eye... and then I spent a good amount of time chatting and visiting with a big group of ladies who never said a word about it! Note to self: wear WATERPROOF mascara for your next hot yoga session!!

I love that each class has an instructor that is very personable and knowledgable about yoga and working out. Each instructor motivates the class to perform at their fullest potential and to workoout as hard as they personally can to be stronger inside and out.

Everyone was very friendly. One criticism would be to warn the beginners that the C2 class is just too difficult for them. I heard seasoned practitioners after the class comment that they had a really hard time keeping up. If it had been my first time I might never return to yoga. That said it was an excellent class for the level catered to. It is good to be pushed gently out of your comfort zone.
