My family and myself have been with this gym for over 2 years now and I cant imagine going anywhere else. My kids and i know this place from top to bottom and are comfortable with all the coaches here. I can workout upstairs knowing my kids are downstairs safe enjoying themselves also with their long time friends that they have made there.

My son trains with Coach Ben and has learned so much; not only in the ring but in the world when it comes to being a good person.
I ALWAYS recommend this gym when I hear parents saying their kids want to train boxing or jiu jitsu.
This gym really is one of a kind.

Awesome atmosphere with great coaching. Owners are great people and help you every step of the way. I’ve been going for the past 5 days every morning before work and Coach Ben is phenomenal. My body is killing me but i don’t want to stop learning. Take my money, please!

I’ve been to another boxing gym. Doesn’t compare to coach Bens, the other gym basically acted like a daycare and had everyone exersise. The equipment here is clean, everyone’s so respectful so the customer care is great. They spar every Saturday, they pay real attention to the kids. Actual attention and bond with the kids, if kids are shadow boxing, coach Ben personally walks over and helps them correct certain things. I can’t recommend this gym enough. Also it’s very affordable.

My daughter lost 25 pounds within 6 months of starting this gym, she's gotten so much more confidence in herself. Her coaches tell her how proud they are of her determination, they push every student to do better, it feels like a second family in a way. I was literally in tears when I found out I may be moving cities soley for the fact that she won't be training here anymore. My daughter is super shy and quiet and I used to be scared of her getting bullied but she's come a long way these passed 8 months and I no longer worry about that. I highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. It's a pitty we may leave but this gym is literally the only reason I will be trying to stay in this city.
