At Correct Fitness, we strive to help others make a commitment to themselves to be healthy, to get out of their own way, to take back control and live the highest quality of life possible. We do this through physicaland mental changes. We believe in harnessing and unlocking that potential to create change in every life we touch. Throughout the years we have impacted many lives through Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement techniques, through these teachings we have been able to help clients from different aspects of life. We train people that are completely new to the gym to high level athletes as well as clients with all types of medical issues.

I’ve been training with Steve for about 2 months now, and it’s been an amazing experience. We started with slow mobility and foundation work, and once my form and stability improved, he gradually introduced weights. What I really appreciate is that he never rushes the process everything is planned with a clear purpose. Steve has a complete game plan for your long-term progress, and all you have to do is trust his process and stay consistent. I already feel stronger, more confident, and motivated every week. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares about your growth and tailors everything to your level.

I tried chiropracto and shots for a severe back injury. So I could still play competitive softball again. Between a trainer and consistency, consistency wins out. But Steven has been incredibly influential in keeping me consistent in both working out, in and outside of the gym, as well with my diet.

Steven delivers! I have worked with a handful of trainers overs 10 years. His experience is unmatched for 1:1 training. He designs each workout specific to my goals…which are hypertrophy/body composition WHILE correcting some nagging, chronic low back and upper back issues. The fact that he has a background in CORRECTIVE exercise is important. Don’t miss that. Anyone can put you through a workout. Some better than others. Only a few can do so without damaging your body in the long run…and even fewer can reverse damage.
I told Steven when I started we would probably have to work around my low back issues. He said, ‘How about we just fix it’. I told him we could try but that I have years of experience telling me we probably couldn’t—other trainers (including one with a corrective exercise background who did help some), chiropractors, orthopedists, massage therapists, yoga instructors, etc. I have done physical rehab, injections, stretches, rolling, rest/ice/heat, surgeries, nerve ablations, etc. Temporary relief at best.
I’m a little over two months in with Correct Fitness and have been slowly, steadily, consistently seeing IMPROVEMENT to my pain, my form and am hitting my goals along the way. Nothing is more motivating that progress. I can perform exercises in the gym I haven’t been able to do in years WITHOUT pain. Some of these moves I have been able to do since week 2 of working with Steven. Mind blown.
Kim also dialed in my nutrition plan in accordance with goals. I don’t like being dictated what exactly to eat so she gave me my macros and I’m able to comfortably eat and hit my targets. For those who want meal prep service, she does that too!
Lastly, it is important to me to work with someone who is more of a coach and encourager (telling me what I am doing right, pointing out progress in form, strength, body comp), who pushes me to get the most out of each workout, and showing/teaching/explaining to me how to improve…rather than a drill sergeant…and Steven checks those boxes for me. That said, I have seen him at work with other clients who need a different mentality and he delivers for them too. In other words, he will meet you where you are physically and mentally and help you reach your goals. I have seen him work with clients like me, to military prep clients, obese clients, and sport/competition specific clients. He knows how to tailor his style and programming for each.
Lastly, his support and knowledge extends beyond each session. He has given me drills and recovery homework from the get go. I hate it all lol, yet I do it because I trust him and the process and it has been paying off from the jump. My body feels better and moves better.

Highly recommended! Kim is great and super motivational. I love her routines and can easily do them in between work or when the kids are napping. I have known Steven for the better part of 15 years. We served together in the military. He is one of the most honest and professional people I know. He loves what he does. He was appointed him as the master fitness trainer for our unit to help all recovering injured Soldiers get back into fighting shape as well as Soldiers with body composition issues struggling to get back within tolerance. He has been teaching and coaching adults as well as children how to be physically and mentally fit.
On another note, I even trust him with coaching my daughter on proper sports fitness. She is currently being recruited for college softball. The work he does is astronomical at wielding results. You will not find a better, more caring instructor to help you achieve your personal goals. Whether it’s just staying in shape or competing on stage. He is the guy for everyone.

Steve changed my life!
I have been having a problem with my right shoulder for almost 9 years. Extreme pain on many movements with no weight in my hand. I went to a lot of doctors and I did like 100 physical therapy sessions, they seemed helpful at the time I was going through those but 1 week after the pain was the same. I couldn't exercise or do any push ups.
One of my friends suggested my to consult with Steve and how he can help me by only showing me what exercises to do. I got the plan from Steve and within 2 months the pain is gone now. I can not believe that I could be cured without any hard deep surgery.
I want to thank Steve for helping me remove my shoulder pain and keep in touch with me so often to check if everything is alright.
I recommend you consult with Steve for any physical pain that you have. He knows how every piece of the body works.
