A private studio that specializes in helping you resolve musculoskeletal issues, helps you learn to move better and more efficiently, increases your body awareness, increases your core strength, and a focus on your whole body’s health-mind, body and spirit. We offer private and semi- private sessions designed for your specific needs, utilizing all Pilates apparatus.
Correct welcomes clients of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. We specialize and work with both male and female athletes – whether young, mature, competitive and/or recreational. Instruction and programs are personally tailored to your needs and goals.

I started working with Kristy about 2 months ago. I was recovering from a back injury and had just finished 3 months of physical therapy. She is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great coach. I enjoy my sessions so much that I talked my husband into going with me. We both get so much out of the sessions. I have never really cared for exercise but I love my twice a week sessions and look forward to them. Highly recommend Correct The Woodlands and Kristy.

Kristy is not only super nice but a great teacher, she is always making sure you do the exercises in the correct way. For me this was THE difference with other pilates lessons since I am pregnant and I needed someone to guide me through the modifications and making sure I was feeling all right. I highly recommend it.

Kristy is very knowledgeable and and a great communicator throughout the session. She will focus on what’s important to you. After having my 3 baby I needed some pelvic floor therapy. Finding a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor was not easy and once I did it did not end up working out for me. I am so happy I’ve reached out to Kristy because she has the knowledge and training on pelvic floor!

Kristy is amazing! I love her personality and the fact that she knows what she is doing. I had some back/nerve issues a few months ago and I was scared to give her a try but she came highly recommended. She is super positive, knowledgeable, and explains the why and how of each movement. My time with her is well spent. I was so happy after my first session with Kristy that I booked another one for the next week as soon as I got home. My back issues seem to be improving and I am getting stronger with each session.

I worked with Kristy for the first time today. She was a wonderful instructor. She made sure form was correct and safe for working, she was responsive to my feedback and adapted the exercises to fit my needs. She spends time explaining what muscles are working and why it's important. I highly recommend this location. It was relaxing, clean, and well designed to give the student the best experience.

As an athlete (swimmer) I am often sore and need to target certain muscles. With just one session, I was able to correct a leg length discrepancy and significantly improve shoulder & back issues. Kristy gave me awesome stretches to do at home, and it was obvious she has my best performance in mind!

I had a great experience here. Kristy was attentive to my specific needs and helped me learn techniques to help stabilize and correct certain muscle groups. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am combining my chiropractor care along with Correct to help me overcome a back injury and correct an alignment issue. Highly recommended!

I am Taylor Carmack and I am a gymnast from Maximum Athletics right down the road. My back has been really tight and hurting for a couple of days.
