I had reached out in late June 2022 looking for information. Shannon responded immediately with the class info but unfortunately it wouldn’t work with my schedule. I am a single parent who works until 6pm so I wouldn’t be able to get him to gym on time with the classes they had available. I was shocked and excited to find out that Shannon was going to try and schedule a 7pm beginners class after the summer schedules ended (August 1st). I checked the site a few times to see if anything changed and nothing yet. I reached out on July 19th to check status and see if they were able to create the class. It is now August 8th, I never received a response. I checked the site and the new schedule is out. Unfortunately, there was no schedule that would work with ours. Now, it must be said that I am NOT upset about the schedule at all, it was sweet to even try to work with us. I am upset that Shannon failed to respond. I understand completely if you can’t make a schedule work but to never respond is just unprofessional and rude. We have been attending Waxahachie Gymnastics Center and though the drive is farther than we like, it has been a great experience.

I took tumbling here in highschool. I came from competitive gymnastics and it was a mediocre experience, but it filled a need for me and there's not a lot of options in town.

Now I recently moved back to town and I have my own kids, was looking for something to pass the time before fall sports start up.

Nobody is ever at the office. The MO of this gym seems to be to retain Navarro cheer students, leave the gym open all the time, and hope the students come in to teach.

I don't have a problem with the student teachers, but it's impossible to get in touch with any kind of manager or owner and they don't answer emails.

I took my son to observe one class and was advised by a student in the office it would be easiest to sign up and do paperwork online, and that we could come in for a trial class next week. So I did that, but unbeknownst to me there's no way to cancel or communicate through their online portal, and I can't delete the mandatory auto draft payment info.

The class we came to watch only had two students, and our trial class there was only one other student. Since I'm more concerned with peer interaction than drills for my preschooler, my husband and I decided it wasn't going to be worth $60/mo for us.

Now I'm signed up for an auto draft without a way to cancel, no response to email or calls, and with no way to know if or when anyone who can help will actually be at the gym. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

If you are here because you want to drill your kids into tumbling or cheer, more power to you.. but if you're just looking for extra curricular enrichment, or an organized gym.. look elsewhere.

We have 2 girls who have cheered competitively for going on 4 years now. This is our 3rd gym because we had such awful experiences with the other 2 and I can honestly say this cheer gym is AMAZING! Our oldest daughter has cheered with one girl for 3 years, we have become good friends with the parents, and they drive all the way from Lorena to bring their daughter here and they feel the same way we do. Best. Cheer Gym. Ever.
