I’ve been training with Amanda for over 8 years. She’s an excellent personal trainer who brings out the best in me β€” I went from not knowing how to properly lift a barbell to doing 200-pound squats. During times when I’ve been sick or going through something personally, she’s always been flexible with rescheduling and adjusting the workout to fit what my body could handle. Amanda is consistently positive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Amanda offers so much value with this class! It's a great workout for both boxing skills and your whole body! By mixing squats and other activities in among the boxing rounds, she really keeps you "on your toes." For a complete beginner like me who was a little worried about knowing nothing going in, her class was accessible and welcoming, with a quick and clear explanation of each move and its form, but not too much focus on form so I could jump right in! She clearly knows her stuff and could offer more depth for those with more experience. She was always close by to answer any questions and check in with encouragement or modifications. All together, it was a super fun way to get a work out!
