From teens just starting out to older adults recovering from injury, I create personalized programs that blend strength, mobility, and motivation.I believe movement is more than exercise — it’s healing, empowering, and essential for living fully. I’ve been training with Courtney for over a year now and have been really impressed with my progress. I sought out personal training due to an issue with my lower back and recommendations from a physical therapist to continue building core and leg strength. Courtney has been wonderful at catering to my needs and developing workouts that have made me a lot stronger. She keeps the exercises fun, introduces a lot of variety so we rarely do the same thing twice, and is very encouraging. She definitely knows which exercises activate which muscle groups and will listen to your goals. I would definitely recommend her.
