My childs tramp coach was only paying attention to two girls! Which lead my child to just do the same tricks over and over again. Although her floor coach was amazing.

We are thrilled with our experience at this gymnastics center! Our son, who started at just 18 months, has been attending for over a year—and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing. His coach, AJ, stands out as the most kind, professional and caring coach we’ve ever met. Noticing some challenges in his behavior development, AJ took the time to work with him and help him overcome those hurdles patiently.
Thanks to AJ’s nurturing guidance, our little one has become more confident and now eagerly looks forward to every session. He’s not only improving his athletic skills inside the gym but also applying the discipline, body awareness, and safety practices he learns to other aspects of his life. We truly believe that having such a talented and caring coach makes all the difference in a child’s development.
We are excited for our son to continue learning from AJ and improve even more every day. We couldn’t be more grateful for the positive impact AJ has had on our son, and we highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for the best in both coaching and care!

All three of my kids have done at least some amount of pre-K in their Palaestra program. This program, along with after school gymnastics and swimming programs, has helped with their confidence, core strength, and overall education. Highly recommend especially if you will be attending Highland Park or other nearby elementary schools.

The pool fumes pollute the class areas like some kinda gas. My child hated it.

This is such an amazing place for kids to stay healthy, learn confidence and get away from the dang TV! Their gym is set up brilliantly and I'll be honest, I'm totally jealous I can't go running across it. The staff is super talented and great with kids; they're truly caring people who make terrific mentors for the little ones they coach. 10/10 local business.

Family oriented with a focus on competitive up skilling. Close to a park for younger kids to play as well while their siblings are in classes.

I've had three kids go through Crenshaw's programs. The excellent after school care is great for academic advancement and exercise. I have great memories of watching my kids learn a flip on the trampoline and taking their first swim in the pool. The staff is excellent and experienced - a great asset to Austin. My kids are not gymnasts, but I know Crenshaw's gymnastics program is world class and my children have learned lifelong skills for exercise, tumbling and stretching that are obvious in other sports and activities. I recommend Crenshaw's to anyone with kids!

Our daughter has attended Crenshaw's After School Care for three and a half years. We have all been very pleased with the communication, organization and culture at Crenshaw's! She has time and help to get her homework done, plus they have swim and gymnastics options. It's so nice to know she's well cared-for and having fun while we finish our work day. Can't say enough good things!

Crenshaw's has the best coaches - I mean, really better than I can believe. My child is only a toddler, but her "coach" - Coach A.J., has been at Crenshaw's since 2008, and he is amazing at motivating the little kids and pushing their boundaries just enough to create proud smiles on their faces. He remembers all the kids and their increasing level of ability, and suggests variations on the equipment for each child as they progress.
I've noticed the other coaches are also quite skilled. In the classes without parents, I see coaches with 10 little kids all lined up, following their every word. I see them explain things with such knowledge and positive attitudes.
The place is huge, and I love that there is so much to do. Each time, Coach AJ sets up a different obstacle course to add to the activities.
Many of the other parents choose to do two day a week classes - that's how much their kids love it. One woman, who works in gyms herself, drives all the way from Steiner Ranch to bring her child, because she says Crenshaw's is the best. I have to agree.

Seemed ok, but *not* child friendly regarding fitness.

Shhhhh! Don't tell anyone. This may well be the best kept secret in Austin. This preschool is a gem. The kids are so happy. The teachers are wonderful. Don't be deceived their mind gets a good work out too. Loads of fun.

My son just had his 6th birthday party at Crenshaw's and it was awesome!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed gymnastics and swimming in the indoor heated pool. They also LOVED the hot tub! Everything was super organized on Crenshaw's end. The instructors were great. The parents even had a great time watching the kids enjoy the party. I can't say enough good things about this place. My son had a smile from ear to ear yesterday. Enough said.

I had terrible experiences at Crenshaw's--it was an absolute nightmare. Children from lower income households were beaten for trivial things like not taking a proper nap. I was treated like garbage and was only able to survive without being beaten because of my skills.
