My husband and I started Corss fit for the first time ever this week. As soon as we walked in Monday, everyone was so nice and welcoming. We love the community and positive vibes. During our workout, everyone was encouraging each other and had such high energy and it felt GENUINE! I love that you can work out with others that have the same end goal but that you are working on your own goals individually. BONUS: we are able to bring our 5 year old daughter...with no EXTRA CHARGE! She loved it! She was being our little cheerleader! It really made our family feel part of the crossfit family. We will def be continuing to come back!

My wife and I have been going here since they opened. Its a great group of people. You can do anything from just coming in and getting a workout a few times a week to really pushing yourself with good instruction. You can vary the workout based on your ability. It's always been a great place to get fit and have a sense of community and make some new friends.

Crossfit Aledo is just amazing! They have great coaches there and a great community of athletes to workout with! If you live anywhere on the west side of Fort Worth out to Weatherford I highly recommend this box!
