About the Club

CrossFit Bluestone offers group and private coaching through the Level Method System. Our CrossFit and Level Method certified coaches help you achieve your fitness goals using our MAP (Method of Athletic Progression). The MAP is a detailed yet easy-to-use chart of athletic tests that measure and reward greater achievements in physical capacity.
Using our Level Method System, you will be able to safely find where you are right now, develop a solid game plan and be rewarded and recognized as you progress on your journey.

If you’re looking for something new and challenging but with educational coaches to get you to your goals, you’ve found the right place. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the people and gym.

This family-oriented gym offers exceptional CrossFit coaching, making it a fantastic choice for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Having been a long-time CrossFit fan, I appreciate their use of the Level Method, which provides a smart, data-driven approach to coaching.

The facility is always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained and organized, contributing to a great workout environment. I’ve particularly enjoyed the personalized nutrition coaching, which includes engaging challenges and one-on-one sessions focused on habit-building both in and out of the kitchen.

The Nutrition Program with CrossFit Bluestone was an eye-opening awareness of how you can eat more and lose weight when you eat a balanced plate and take in your protein snacks and water. I learned a lot when watching daily how different food intake changes the scale! Veggies, protien, and carb combination really is the key! While on the program, I felt so in control of my life and learned a holistic approach of wellness with getting sleep and 10 mins daily of stress management. The community and accountability partners are a wonderful part of the program. Coach Judith is a great coach!

If you are like me and have tried every different dieting program, I definitely would recommend this one. It is very easy, flexible and very do-able. There are many positive points about this program that I have enjoyed, first thing is you don't change everything all at one time. Second thing is the other people that are involved in the challenge encourage you, and the recipes are easy. I have also enjoyed the videos and have learned so much from them. I feel like I will be able to change my eating habits and be successful with maintaining weight if I take all of this knowledge and continue to implement it in my life.

I went there to support my sister and her teammates in their weightlifting competition. This place is a great place to go to start working out, want to train for competitions, lose weight, just get back into shape, or train for marathons and any type of competitive obstacle coarse or endurance test. They are one big family here that support one another, help motivate, inspire, encourage, and push each other to be their best. They will laugh with you, cry with you, talk to you, work out with you, or just sit with you if need be. But they will not let you give up on yourself. I don't know anything about pricing for memberships, but I know it's reasonable and well worth it from what I've seen. And your 4 legged fur babies are welcome too as long as you are supervising them, and they have good behavior and are on a leash. They may even be able to join in on the action a little. Check this place out if you are looking for a motivating, self disciplined, encouraging, strong-willed, and determined group of people to be around and work out with and coach you. My sister is a member of the Copperas Cove location, but they are still one big family no matter which one you go to.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new CrossFit Bluestone gym, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! Crossfit Bluestone has been a game changer for our whole family. Rapidly approaching 40, I found my metabolism dropping and my waist size rising. I have never been athletic and had never exercised on a regular basis. I was so nervous to go to CF for the first time because I knew what I had seen on the televised Crossfit Games.

I was pleased to find that there is a scaled version of EVERYTHING for EVERYONE! The last year and a half at Crossfit Bluestone have made me stronger, faster, more flexible, more motivated and more confident. The coaches are very knowledgeable and pay attention to every detail to ensure both safety and to maximize results. If you are considering trying, don’t wait another day, just do it!!!

Everyone supports each other in every way. When I first started I was little nervous, but everyone was welcoming and supportive.

I’ve tried different work out programs through out my life. I would start something and quit because I’d get tired of it. I really enjoy CrossFit. Even though I am just starting out, I can tell the difference in my growth. I love the atmosphere and the people involved. Attitude is a reflection of leadership..... the coaching style and leadership qualities of this facility are second to none in my opinion. These coaches can adapt to anyone and any age. They help you leave your ego and your fear at the door soon as you get there. I have been part of other gyms with coaches even before crossfit existed my whole life and even though I am older and and have multiple injuries under my belt I am able to achieve things I couldn’t 15 years ago..... it’s not all about strength it’s about knowledge of movements, of you body and how it works. They know when you can do more and they know when you need to slow down to work on mechanics so you can play this game for years to come.
Attitude is a reflection of leadership..... I average 5-6 days a week training now as opposed to 3 because I can. The leadership and coaching and community makes it easy mentally but physically challenging and rewarding. Don’t get me wrong if u think your limit is 100% they are going to show you that you can give 110% and then 120% etc etc but at a safe and challenging pace. It’s a marathon not a sprint but here it’s rewarding no matter the pace you are always moving forward. If u can do 20 unbroken MU they will show u how to get to 30. If you can only squat 3” inches they will show u how to get parallel and then below, but at a safe pace.
Attitude is a reflection of leadership ....and my attitude about fitness and an active lifestyle has increased. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner.
