Some of the best people you will ever meet! I felt so welcomed as someone brand new to CrossFit. All of the athletes and coaches were amazing, and always helpful. I loved the programming, but most of all the community! Very sad to move away but thank you for the lifelong friendships and a great introduction to CrossFit!

I don't actually live in Del Rio, but I can highly recommend this gym because it has been such a positive force for my family members - especially during COVID. My college-aged niece has made astounding progress in her strength work (and had a built-in community at her new "home away from home" because of joining Crossfit). My beautiful mom has been working with two of the trainers in this gym, and she's growing her confidence and strength after some medical challenges. Whatever your age, and whatever your fitness level, this gym has fitness expertise to offer along with a community of wonderfully positive people.

I stopped by back in January of 2018. The coaches and members were both very friendly. The owner was unlike any owner I have met. His goals and ambitions are awesome and selfless. There should be more owners like him.

A gym where you are not just a face....you are family! You cheer more for the guy who finishes last and rejoice in a 2.5 pound gain. Where you are taught that your not competing with anyone but yourself and given the guidance and coaching to achieve more than you ever though possible! Crossfit Del Rio...more than just a gym!
