I've been a member of CFKT for a couple months now and after visiting another CF gym for the holidays, CFKT is far superior! I respect Coach Joe immensely for his dedication to his athletes and gym. His attention to detail is top notch - from warm up and WOD, to keeping the gym and equipment clean. I am so appreciative for Coach Joe and the community he has built at CFKT. 10/10!

I officially love this place. I walked in after an exhausting day at the office, and it was like a scene out of Cheers – "where everybody knows your name!". I walked into a whole 'nother world. My mindset did a one-eighty immediately...
The staff is very encouraging, very knowledgeable to help avoid injury and maximize your results out of every workout. They see to it that you're at your full capacity, within your level, while growing every day. I highly recommend stepping in and giving this place a try. You'll thank yourself for it.

I've dropped in at this box several times while visiting Dallas, and I always have a wonderful experience. The members are so welcoming and inclusive, and the coaches are super friendly and knowledgable. The programming has always been fun, and the space itself is really nice with many parking options.

I joined CFKT with zero crossfit experience in November of 2012. I hadn't touched weights in 10+ years and had only been running as exercise before I joined. I was very intimidated joining but was made to feel at ease immediately. All the workouts can be done at different expertise levels and the encouraging words from coaches and members letting me know to not overdo it and work your way up went a long way. Within a few months I was able to handle just about all workouts at the prescribed weights. Since being there I have gained great friendships and feel great physically. Having a place to work out where others wonder whats happened to you if you don't show up for a week is wonderful and keeps me coming back week after week.

I have been going to CrossFit Katy Trail for almost a year. Having not been to CrossFit before, I was very anxious about trying it out. What I found when I started going was an extremely welcoming community and incredible coaches who provided individual attention to make sure I did each exercise properly. After almost a year of regularly attending CrossFit Katy Trail, I can’t say enough great things. No matter what your fitness level is – from beginner to professional athlete, I would recommend CFKT to anyone looking to improve themselves. Regarding personal improvements, my fitness level has improved beyond what I ever expected possible and the best part is I’m actually having fun and enjoying doing it.

I have been doing Crossfit for 2 years now and have been fortunate enough to visit a number of boxes around the country. While not all boxes are created equal, I will say the team at CrossFit Katy Trail has been first class from day one. I have always felt welcome; the community is very friendly, supportive, and allows you to go at your own pace. The instructors always take the time to ensure that my form is good and to give me that extra push when I need it.
