The guidance and coaching aspect of CrossFit is very important. It helps to maximize results while cutting down on recovery time and injuries. All of our coaches at CrossFit Kilgore are certified by CrossFit and will be glad to help you get the most out of CrossFit.
This includes:
Learning to make the movements correctly
Stretching before and after / using the tools available to minimize cramps and muscle pain
Recording your progress
