I've been a member for a year now and this is literally my second home.

I hesitantly joined this gym after just moving to the city, coincidentally right when they were moving into this new location. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the owner and coaches (Especially Summer!) They really do their all to make it feel like home. I was new-ish to crossfit when I started and I think both my technique and muscle definition has improved exponentially since then. If you have to bring your kids there is a little play room no additional charge, don't be surprised to see a coach carrying someone's baby around! My son is on the autism spectrum so he's not the easiest to adapt to new places and he honestly loves coming here when I do bring him. There's classes at all times 5 days a week ranging from 5 am, 9 am, 12, 4:30, 5:30 & 6:30 pm, one Saturday class at 8:30 am, and open gym on Sundays at 1 pm. Everyone is very friendly even if you're new to working out the coaches will help you modify the workout to suit your needs! If you're also switching from a regular gym membership to a crossfit gym be prepared to pay more but I personally think it's worth every penny for a welcoming gym family and guaranteed results. Give crossfit memorial a try! 😁

CrossFit Memorial Houston is the best CrossFit gym in Houston! The coaches are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They are attentive to the needs of each individual. I highly recommend checking it out especially is you have not tried CrossFit before. They will remove the fear some people have about trying CrossFit.

10/10!!! I love my home gym in DFW so much and I always get nervous coming to a new gym. I dropped in for an evening class and everyone was so welcoming, the coach (Deby) was super energetic, helpful, and informative, and the workout was great too! The facility was really spacious, organized, and clean as well. I also loved the cold towel! I recommend to all Houston CrossFitters :)

I have been going to this CrossFit box for seven years and keep coming back year after year. I have met so many incredible people while being here and have experienced so many opportunities for growth, both physically and mentally. I’ve made some of my best friends at this gym and continue to meet fantastic friends and people all the time. The diversity at this gym is wide and vast. People of all ages, races, creeds, countries and orientation are members here and it makes the community so enriching and vibrant. I don’t live near this gym, but continue to make the drive every day because it’s my β€œhome base”. Plus everyone gets ice cold eucalyptus or lavender scented (or unscented) towels after each WOD and the large refrigerator is always stocked with beer.

I joined CFMH in 2014 after meeting the owners at a health fair at my work. At the time, I did not workout AT ALL and I've always generally detested sports and exercise-- but Tricia convinced me I'd be welcome and I wouldn't be alone as a newbie. She was so right! The on-ramp program was great, and I quickly felt like I belonged. There is such a great community at CFMH-- you see the same people in your classes and get to know the coaches. The coaching is solid and I appreciate that no matter how long you go they always demonstrate correct form. I always leave feeling exhausted (ha!), stronger! and knowing I've got a great workout in.

Love CFMH!

Love the 9 am class! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Tricia always makes a point to come say hello to me and everyone in the box. The 9 am coaches, Cam and Christian are professional, experienced, and fun. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to get in a workout! They are like family and very knowledgeable in fitness. None of that bad crossfit stuff you hear about. They start from the basics and are very careful about form. I've gained so much strength. I'm an adaptive athlete so it's important that my body is cared for properly. Best in town

I discovered this location after a google search and emailed the company. The response was super quick and invited me down for a free workout. I signed/registered immediately. Great coaches, super encouraging; it's not intimidating as the coaches remind you that it's not about lifting heavy and speed but about form, technique and building up. The members encourages each other. I always have a great workout!

BEST BOX EVER! I was a member there for about 3 years and I absolutely love it. They have state of the art equipment and most importantly great coaches! The owners are also very present and involved.

I love that they host workshops and have free yoga on Saturdays. The only reason why I'm not a member anymore is because I had to move to another city, otherwise I would still be there. I drove to this place 30 extra miles after getting a new job because it was worth it!

So I am completely out of shape and new to CrossFit. I have dipped my toes in other strengthening programs/home/gym in the past but never 'felt it was right' so I wanted to try something new. I looked up the closest CrossFit place to my house and found this one. I singed up for their entry level on-ramp program before visiting. During this process communication was fairly quick and very welcoming. Going to the gym or 'box' for the first on-ramp class, I found to place to be pretty cool and really large. It's situated in loading dock warehouse, very fitting for the CrossFit environment I had perceived. My On-ramp classes have been great. My coaches have been very good at understanding why I came for, (weight loss and body strengthening) what my goals are (A single unassisted pull-up) my current physical constraints (ankle injury and zero flexibility) and made adjustment to movements, workout and intensity so that I have been eased into the process while being pushed but not so hard that I could could not return for the next class. Motivation and encouragement from the coaches seem great and they have watched my form and made corrections as I learn. The Atmosphere is really unpretentious, friendly and encouraging. I like it. Ohh and they have a shower, which means I can actually go workout during lunches in the future - yay. 5 stars for newbie crossfitters imho.

This is the cleanest and friendliest cross fit gym's i have been to. Everyone is very welcoming and easy to interact with. No matter what your fitness level is or your age you will be treated with respect and given equal attention and encouragement! I can't imagine working out anywhere else. The workout programming and coaching continues to allow me to make strength and conditioning gains without getting injured. Getting a new PR (Personal Record) has to be one of the most rewarding things in Cross Fit.

Visited yesterday, First time ever to crossfit (not sure it's a verb but...) Awesome place to workout. Friendly bunch and most importantly, Alex (the trainer for that class) was like a hawk, he called out every imperfection in my movements (very few of course!) and wouldn't leave until they are fixed (best way to keep injuries at bay). At this point, am not positive I will join (schedule conflict) but if you stumble upon this by accident, I will encourage you to visit!
