This was my first experience with CrossFit and I loved it! The coaches were awesome and whether the classes were large or small, they always took the time to correct my form and push me.

If you are new to Crossfit, this is definitely the first box you should drop in to. I was in town for work and wanted to get a workout in on a Friday night and I’m SO GLAD I dropped in here. Gio the owner is amazing. Really friendly and welcoming. He was attentive during the class to everyone and it was an excellent experience. The members were also warm and nice and made me feel completely at home. The wod was tough but that made it even better! I will definitely be back on my next trip to town!

I've been going about 9 months. Wasn't sure I was going to like it but the teenager needed a positive exercise environment. Turns out I enjoy the coaches and class environment so much I stuck around even when the teenager had to take a few months off.

when I think of Nevo I think of my second home. This gym is really the most welcoming gym I've been to, everyone makes a point to introduce themselves and welcome all new people. when I first started I had been doing Crossfit for a little over a year and my form was not the best for cleans. The coaches here went out of their way every time we did cleans or when I came in on the weekend to fix my form and fix the bad habits I had started. highly recommend this gym without any reservation!

A couple of years ago I was searching for a new Crossfit box and while Nevo wasn’t the closest to my home, I knew it was the best place for me to achieve my goals. It starts with coaches that truly care about their athletes both in and out of the gym and stretches to the other athletes that you work out next to in class. I have been a member of Crossfit NEVO for two years l absolutely LOVE this place the community and the coaches make you feel part of the family, everybody is so welcoming and the people here share the same level of enthusiasm and excitement when you are making progress. So. I'm not your typical Crossfitter. I'm the middle aged housewife. BUT, I walked in this gym with pre-conceived Crossfit fear and walked out a believer. Alex and Gio, owners and coaches, are hyper-sensitive to make sure we are warmed up and trained properly. No shortcuts. The best part? My Nevo "framily". Dropped in out of town from D.C. CrossFit NEVO was an amazing home away from home in terms of boxes. The community was very welcoming and coach (Ana) was great! I also enjoyed the programming. Great warm ups, WOD was a great start to my day, just gotta get use to that Texas heat! If I end up moving to this area, I will for sure becoming a member of this box.
