Great place to go in for a good full body workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Everyone is super nice and you will feel right at home. I've been here 6 months so far and I absolutely love it.

Amazing place to train. I’m in town this week for vacation and dropped in for the first time yesterday. I was immediately greeted by the coach, Landon, who made you feel right at home. Throughout the class he was very helpful in coaching for the strength part and the metcon. It was a great workout. All of the members were super friendly as well, I had a lot of great conversations with them and it was a super positive environment. I hope I get to train there a few more times this week, can’t wait to go back!

This place is great! I dropped in for the 830 class, there was plenty of space for everyone to warm up and do the workouts. Nathan is a great coach too, he thoroughly explained each movement before starting the workout of the day. I will be dropping in here next time I’m in the Round Rock area.

Only issue is it was very pricy. For a one day “guest pass” it was $25. We flew in from Georgia for a competition and wanted to workout. It just shocked me because the CrossFit gyms in Georgia for a “guest pass” is either free or 5-10$.. other than that it was Great!!

I dropped in here after evacuating for Ida and had such a great experience. I have dropped in to gyms all over the country and out of the country and I always have a good experience and this did not disappoint!!

Everyone was super friendly--introduced themselves, showed me around, etc. The coaches were great at explaining the workouts and checking in with me. Dropped in twice and both workouts were great and I loved the stretching they did at the end. I definitely recommend and will be back again!

I’ve dropped in here a couple times when working in the area. Awesome box!! Challenging WODs and great couches!! Extreme cardio class is pretty extreme. Oly class is great if you need work on your lifting. Overall a great gym would make it my home if I lived in the area.

This is the best community crossfit in Austin. Great people, great atmosphere,and great coaches!!!! The program they put together is tailored to fit your fitness goals and make sure you are doing all the movements correctly. Which means minimizing your risk for injury.
