Owners Ryan and Susan have put together a world class CrossFit gym here in MP.
All of the coaches are so welcoming and supportive, making a great environment that’s not intimidating.
They are great about catering to all fitness levels.
Mount pleasant is blessed to have such a place.

This gym has a wonderful community and amazing coaches! Whether you are brand new to working out or a pro at this is the place for you. The gym if filled will people are want you to reach your goals just as much as you do. You will be welcomed to any class hour that you attend! CrossFit can be intimidating (starting at any fitness center is intimidating) but I love the support and community here. Everyone is welcoming! I look forward to the hour workout that is programmed and scaled to my ability each time I come! Check it out!

My husband and I were visiting from Maryland (we travel quite a bit and drop in to plenty of gyms across the country) and we couldn’t have dropped into a better gym during a quick weekend stay! When we pulled up we literally said wow out loud and if we ever own a gym, CrossFit Tico set the bar for aesthetics inside and out. Coaches and members were EXTREMELY friendly and we definitely felt welcomed. Programming bounced off of CompTrain and drop in fee was $20 each with a tee included. Thank you CrossFit Tico for showing us some Texas Hospitality! We wish you a successful future and will be sure to visit again if we’re ever in East Texas again!
