This is by far the best box in Lubbock TX. This is my second time dropping in during a visit to attend a concert. The gym is well kept, equipment is in tip top shape and the members are the most welcoming. As a L1 myself, its always a pleasure to receive coaching as a CF coach. I worked with Coach Kevin on some tweaking of my C&J, and boy did it help. The WOD was perfect to start the weekend, and the drop-in rates are very reasonable. We pass through Lubbock a lot and this is our gym when we're there. Thanks CFWW!

One of the nicest neighborhood gyms I’ve visited. I’m a casual crossfitter and they were great at helping me scale. That being said, the crew and members were all in great shape, it strikes me as a more serious box.

Dropped in for a week and definitely will be my go-to drop-in spot here in Lubbock. I went to the noon class pretty much every day and Dalton was a excellent coach who fostered a great environment. The gym has a great balance between competitive spirit and positive vibes. Definitely recommend working out here.
