Best part of my work week is coming here in the mornings! Shelly and Mickey are amazing at what they do. they are super knowledgable but most importantly care about your health and progress while maintaining proper technique. awesome to have a great crossfit community in this part of town

Full CrossFit gym and programing w/ 24 hr access to conventional gym next door. Pay less than the average you would pay at any other CrossFit gym. Can't beat it.

When I moved I was worried that I would not be able to find another crossfit gym that provided the same level of coaching and programming I had become accustomed too. The coaching, the wods, and the community quickly swept all my worries away. The coaching staff is highly trained and takes great care in teaching all the correct form for every movement to maximize efficiency and keep their athletes from getting injured. I found a great new group of people to workout with and my performance has continued to grow with my new coaches. I can't say enough about the quality coaching and training from Crossfit GBC. 5/5
