Try and cancel membership and they bill you for 1 more month regardless if you give notice. Good luck getting that annual fee you just paid. Ask for a manager and the staff will tell you there isn't one. Shady operation.

Crunch gyms has a tendency to start strong then slowly drop down in quality, both in facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance. seen some equipment in this gym that should get replaced but looks like they haven’t even bothered to put a out of service sign on it. If you look around you can see dirt and dust gathered around. Sad because I like the crunch gyms.

I've been a member at this Crunch for over a year now, and in the last few months, the management must've switched to someone new because it's not being well maintained at all. The leg curl machine has been broken for over 3 months. Now the leg extension machine is also broken. There's probably 10+ broken treadmills that you can't use, some of the cable machines have had broken cables for months, and the studio has a flashing light that still isn't fixed. It's reaching the point that I can't do my full workout because I have to modify something due to broken equipment. It's a very affordable membership, but this is clearly a poor management issue since it only started becoming a problem this year. I'm considering switching to a different gym, which is saying a lot because I've loved Crunch up until now, and I'm losing patience with the poor management.

I also do the DivaDance classes that take place in the studio at this Crunch, and it's been an ongoing problem of management/staff having no idea who DivaDance is, when the classes are, etc...and it's been an overall poor experience even though we rent the studio from Crunch multiple days per week. At this point, we might as well find a new studio since it's clear we aren't appreciated or welcome here.

Good gym $10 a month. Having been a member of 3 others gyms I would say this is as good as it gets. I wish they would add another bench press and enforce people wipe down the machines but other than that it's better than the obter gyms I went to. Since management has changed half the treadmills have been broken for some time and have not been repaired things seem to be going downhill

This is the worsted gym I’ve ever been to. 80% of the equipment is broken and the things that aren’t broken aren’t in the right places. The aerobic room is hot with no air circulation and the light bulb won’t stop flickering. I got about half though my workout and was so irritated with how disorganized and nasty this place was that my husband and I just left. This location has no locks on the bathroom doors no sauna and no childcare

Except for the staff which was extremely sweet and considerate this gym is trash. You don’t wait on machines because everything is broken and none of the machines hardly work. Dank humid hot water fountains dirty floor and broken down equipment. I work out everyday and I left in 15 mins tried to do cardio but everything has red tape cause they are out of “out of order” signs. Chose the parking lot first over this gym.

The worst Crunch fitness I’ve ever been to. Staff is cool but everything else is not even what you pay for with the base membership. Missing equipment, broken equipment, unkept bathrooms (not even any hand soap). The water taste terrible, keeps your bottle smelly for awhile. Genuinely don’t know why this hasn’t been remodeled or shut down. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by other locations…but everything other than the staff at this spot is mid or just not worth your money. Terrible customer support- I’ve emailed couple of times for my payment method update but no reply. And about the location: plenty of seats/support fabrics are torn, it’s been 3 months I’ve joined and the fabrics are still the same. Almost all of the cable machines are unusable and broken cables are still clinging in those machines.

Equipment is falling apart with no apparent attempt to repair/replace it. Only one working toilet in the men's locker room. Aerobics room has a light that's constantly flashing. One soap dispenser fell off the wall and instead of fixing it, both were removed and replaced with hand sanitizer so if you want to wash your hands with soap, I guess you have to bring your own.
This gym started out pretty nice but started falling apart in less than a year.

The women's showers are absolutely FILTHY AND DISGUSTING because they don't clean them. Wanna know how I know that? Well, I come every 6 days and I shower after I workout and the last 2 times I've gone in there to shower, my hair is in the exact same spot it was the week before!!!!! Grossss.

Updated: Quality of facilities and equipment has been going down. Regularly have a good portion of treadmills out of service. Also, new crew regularly hangs at front of gym and never see anyone maintaining the workout areas. Really disappointing.

I was a member here for a year. I was enjoying the gym at first, but the equipment maintenance dropped off dramatically. I asked politely again and again "when will it be repaired?" But none of the staff knew. The front desk crew is always rotating so everyone is new and no one knows anything. The gym really went down hill, I think due to mismanagement. The Farmers Branch rec center just remodeled and I got a family fitness membership there for the same price as my individual membership at crunch. Way nicer gym, way more equipment, not nearly as crowded, better membership options, cleaner facility.... I could go on. I learned a lot in my year at Crunch, unfortunately one of the things I learned is that there are way better gyms around. On the plus side, Crunch ranks slightly better than the worst gym, Planet Fitness.

Long time member. Gym is dirty and hardly ever cleaned. Equipment not working as stated in other reviews. Paper towels often out along with few spray bottles and hand sanitizer is often out too. All while staff sit at front desk on their phones or joking around. Only reason for the two stars is proximity. Would never join now if I had to drive more than a mile. New ownership has to start making changes or more people will leave.

I signed up for a free trial and was really hoping to like it and join but I couldn’t. The staff is not helpful one bit. They are lazy and don’t want to be there. They didn’t try to sell anything which I like but when I signed in for my free trial the guy and lady just said ok you are ready to go. I have never been there and didn’t know where to go, etc . No tour of the facility, no questions, nothing. So I asked a member who showed me the areas. Workout equipment was used up pretty well and some stuff was not working but it was ok. But for me a good shower is needed after a workout. The showers were disgusting, dirty, smelly and a couple of them didn’t have hot water, shower head was lose, and lights in bathroom sink were not working so it was dark while combing my hair, washing hands etc.
Just not a good sell at all. Won’t be back ever.

I’ve had a membership here since it opened (in 2013) and it’s just really gotten run down. In the past year, so much of the equipment is broken. Stairclimbers, treadmills, and other machines.
The women’s bathroom today has only 1 working toilet. Just 1.
Hopefully management gets their act together because I don’t know how people can keep coming here happily.
I know it’s only $12/month, but I never had any problems at planet fitness, and another gym down the street that’s only $10/month that is way larger and nicer, and actually kept up with.

Decent gym I guess, but if you ever cancel MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION! They charged me for an additional two months after I cancelled and when I called to dispute they said I did not cancel and to provide proof. The assisstant manager was also pretty rude while I spoke with him. At most other gyms you won't get swindled or talked down to.

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. I called at 4:32 pm and spoke to a guy there and said my membership started in Longview but I was going to be driving up to Ft Worth from Longview and I’d detour to the Addison gym as long as I didn’t have any issues getting in. I wasn’t sure if my membership would work. He assured me I’d be fine. Like I said, I’d be driving from Longview. I arrived right at 7:00 to find out they close at 7:00 on Sundays. There is no where on Facebook that says they close at 7:00 on Sunday. And he didn’t say either. Longview & Tyler are 24 hour gyms. So literally I got turned away…livid. I had to drive to Ft Worth. The only reason I detoured to Addison was to workout. The most ridiculous unprofessional gym I’ve ever seen. Longview and Tyler Crunch are fine. This location is absolute trash.

Coming from the Corpus Christi location I was pretty disappointed. It needs to be updated and a good little face lift. No sanitation stations spread around the club to wipe equipment. The lighting is a bit dreadful and doesn’t have that upbeat feel like other locations. Run down and Im looking for a new gym to call home. Would love to stay if they decided to upgrade the gym. Me and my daughter printed a 1 Day pass to workout this afternoon. The young lady at the front desk said my daughter could not use a 1 Day pass because many years ago she once had a membership there. I told this young lady that I would not use my 1 Day pass unless my daughter could use hers. She said NO. I told her I might buy a membership if I could try out the gym and she still said NO. She gave BAD customer service because she potentially turned away 2 new memberships. This woman needs more training on how to handle situations because she clearly got it wrong just now!! Sometimes you can bend the rules in order to make a sale. If I could give a 0 Star rating I would.

The Gym itself is great and some of the people working there are nice. However They make it a little difficult to cancel memberships. My password didn't work online so I could cancel so I went to the gym itself to fix the problem and one of the staff said you have to reset password yourself online but it wasn't working. My debt card/account got hacked so it got canceled, at the same time I went overseas for a few months. Came back and the gym kept billing me and forced me to pay back all the months and late fees, I wouldn't mind paying the months of membership but the late fees weren't my fault since my card was canceled and I couldn't change or cancel membership online while overseas, then when I came back to personally cancel, the man or lady (couldn't tell) was very rude and the company wont email me back!

As someone who has lived all over the country, I can say with absolute confidence that the leadership team here at Crunch Fitness goes above and beyond to connect, customize and commit to your lifestyle needs of fitness. I have been EXTREMELY fortunate to train with Coach Thayne here and in Colorado. He and Chad make a very dynamic duo as they both have safety and health in mind first and foremost. Chad never misses and opportunity to verbally welcome everyone he sees walk in and the front desk follows suit as they are friendly and engaging. My advice would be to get into a strength and conditioning program here and watch how your gains are significantly different than just your standard “working out routine”

I started my personal training journey August of last year with Jamaica and she has literally changed my life! She genuinely cares for her clients! She takes the time to understand where they are, where they want to be and takes a personal interest in all of her clients. The equipment was always in good order and I had good experiences when I was going. However, when COVID-19 forced me to stay home (my fiancé works as a nurse with high risk cancer patients) and then I had to move an hour away, the management tried to make me jump through hoops to cancel my membership. They wanted me to write a letter or drive an hour to come cancel in person. I wrote the letter but it was either lost or misplaced and so they continued to charge me. I eventually had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company, after which, they put me into a spam call list. When I tried to bring this up, the GM told me to just write another letter. I was happy to support the gym for 12 months when I couldn't go through COVID-19 but that was completely soured when they refused to look after me in the least when I could no longer go back. For this reason, I would NEVER recommend joining this gym.

I see some ppl complaining about masks not being required while using the equipment...are you serious? Planet fitness requires masks at all times and it seriously hurt my cardio warmups. This gym is nice, clean, and the equipment is spaced out. I found everything I needed for my routines and I wasn't hastled during my trial day workout. I definitely had the sense that if needed help, it was there, but I was left to focus on my task as I prefer. Great gym compared to PF (masks required, treadmills are all cordoned off, some lights don't work so it's dark) and the farmers branch rec center (too small, hard to get on the equipment that you want because there are lots of geriatrics taking their time just sitting on gear). When you sign up with crunch you get a free kickoff session with a trainer to go over your goals and get some insight on how to achieve them. There's a section with actual gymnastics equipment. To sum up my experience in the last two months of going in the morning ... lots of free day use lockers, showers, Cardio machines have been available every time I've gone. There are duplicates of iso machines so you can keep your flow going. Never had to wait for a bench or free weights. Folks work to switch on and off the one deadlift platform. Staff is friendly but no one bothers me. Tanning is available. There's a hydro massage table too but I haven't tried it. I updated this review to add more detail because I really like this gym. It's a step up from the rec center for sure.

Have been a gym goer most of my life and a proud member of Crunch Addison for the past 6 years and seems to have improved exponentially over the past year and a half under new management.

This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Has absolutely every piece of equipment any one would ever need and much more. The maintenance on the machines is also top notch.

Lastly, I couldn't complete my review with out stating how friendly and helpful all of the staff are. Shout out to Chad, the manager, for creating such a great environment for the customers and Juan for being such an awesome assett to the Crunch team.

Awesome customer service. I had issues with a balance that was overdue. I transferred my account to a different location in Corpus Christi and the location in CC didn’t do the transfer correctly. So I was getting double charged. I spoke to Juan the GM and he was great help.

He took time to understand the situation and asked all the right questions. He was able to work with me and get everything done promptly. The gym doesn't require for people to wear masks nor the equipment has been spaced out. No one from the staff wears a mask while walking around the gym and no one cleans it (I was there for about 2 hrs on Saturday), not one single member of the staff cleaned a thing and the patreons didn't seem respectful enough to whipe the equipment after them. I read a reply from the owner to someone where they said that they can require people to wear masks entering/leaving the gym but not while working out and that's interesting, because fitness connection does, planet fitness does and my neighborhood gym does... the only reason why i worked out at crunch this weekend is because my gym is closed for remodeling and I thought other gyms were going to be dirtier/more packed and to my unpleasant surprise, I was wrong. If you're taking the pandemic seriously in any regard, literally every other gym is better.

This crunch is trying to get extra money out of people. If you pay the extra money every month to bring a guess with you to workout they will not allow you to bring one at this crunch. You shouldn’t have to pay $10 more to bring your guess. I reviewed they policy on there web page and don’t see anywhere where it say you can only bring a guess at your home location. Equipment is new, and anything that is breaks is quickly fixed. The club owner chad do a great job of keeping in the club sanitary and if you avoid 5-8 pm crowd it’s peaceful to workout. There’s a good mix of casual gym goers, hard-core lifters, cardio peoples, etc... you probably won’t feel out of place regardless how you train.

Crunch is that actually cares about their clients. Great workouts, great trainers, great gym and crews.

Signed up online for the free pass to try the club. I unfortunately had a personal issue to deal with and couldn't go in for a few days.

The email I received said to come into the club to activate the pass within 7 days of 08/20/20. As of writing this review it is 8/26 so I was still within the time frame. Upon going in and showing my ID they said I cannot activate my pass because it expired on 8/22... well I didn't activate it yet and the email from them clearly said 7 days. Also since I already "had" a pass that wasn't activated in that time frame, I don't qualify for another. Think about this, I literally received nothing from them so far and they don't want to give me a free pass to get me as a customer? Their system also blatantly misinformed the customer of the expiration as well.

I'm realize the guy at the club has no control in this instance and do not blame him. I blame the idiocy at corporate Crunch Fitness for implementing such a poorly designed system.

Cancellation of the membership is a nightmare. They have your credit card and the corporate office abused by charging. After repeated attempts and personally dropping of a cancellation letter, they cancelled and also charged few months since march. They don’t keep the facility cleaned and sterile during this outbreak. They use the same towels and clean them and infect every equipment. Sad state of affairs. I wish someone could get the video footage of their hygiene practice. Not sure why they are in business.

The gym went downhill after new management. Also, they won't let you cancel your membership unless you go inside due to the pandemic. If you mail in a letter, it has to be submitted a month earlier for you to cancel before your billing date. No processes were changed during covid to help make things easier for people. What can I say about Crunch?
Well, I signed a contract for 6 months of personal training with Jamaica. She is a great spirited person. I would recommend her to anyone as a trainer. However, this covid situation has made me know for certain that I will NEVER, ever recommend Crunch as a corporation to anyone. The amount of Covid cases are increasing daily in Texas. There is no sign of it getting better. Working out at a gym is considered a high risk activity, per the information shared by the Texas Medical Association, amongst others. I have tried to contact Crunch corporate regarding payment options given this situation. I contacted them many times, and all efforts were dead ended. In an effort to remain healthy, and safe, I have been basically forced to bite the bullet and remain away from the gym even though I have about $500 worth of personal training sessions left. I was literally given no options. No choices. The only choice I have is either pay up, or risk getting Covid and dying. It’s like I just have been told to shut up and pay basically. No sense of customer service, support, compassion, nothing. No one asked for this Covid situation, but here we are. I feel that it is deeply saddening and disgusting that Crunch would take an approach of business only. When I signed up with this gym I felt like I was apart of a good fitness family. Absolutely not. I will ensure that as soon as my payments are complete I will terminate my monthly club membership. I understand that business is business but we certainly didn’t ask for this situation, but it is what it is at this point. This is literally life or death. The gym is dirty, people aren’t wearing masks, people aren’t social distancing because they can’t, literally no CDC guidelines are being followed, though I have received multiple emails and texts from Crunch saying that they are following CDC guidelines during this pandemic. But they simply aren’t. Practice Extreme Caution if you decide to go to COVID CRUNCH CORPORATION. They don’t care about you, only money and more money. GOOD LUCK

Unfortunately, due to COVID I have been sheltering place as Texas numbers continue to increase. I did have personal training sessions with Jamaica who is extremely nice but I have to say I don’t feel comfortable coming back into the gym. I was notified that I can no longer have a freeze on my account and will have to return to the gym back in August. I do not agree with this at all as numbers continue to soar. I will allow the 3 payments of $140 to come out of my account and when I feel comfortable I will NOT be returning to this gym at all. I don’t think what I have asked for as unreasonable as I have a pre existing condition and have been advised by my doctor not to go out unless deemed necessary. This is poor customer service and I will make sure to let everyone know that I was more or advised to come back in the gym that is not enforcing masks and the equipment is in fact too close together to be considered as socially distancing. I am not a happy member and will make sure that once my 3 months is up to cancel and never give this gym another chance again. Buyer Beware!

I called this morning about a couple of items on my AMEX statement appearing under ABC Financial. The person I spoke with knew their job well, was congenial, and resolved my questions in nothing flat. It was a real treat to deal with someone that knew the answer, was nice, and knew how to interact with a customer. No complaints here. The ABC Financial throws me every time.

I’m going out on a limb with 5 stars seeing as I’ve only been here a week, but so far impressed with all aspects. I come from a boutique gym with far more equipment, but the hours won’t accommodate for members needing early morning hours. Despite being used to fancier equipment, I still really enjoy crunch. Great turf area with sleds, power rack area (could use more bumper plates), multiple machines of each variation so you’re likely not going to wait on one leg extension, good locker rooms, lots of cardio equipment, and surprisingly friendly staff (even when I’m coming in at 430).

I have a membership here as a second gym to go for a change and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place is. All the equipment is maintained well and new. I like it

The unfortunate issue with this place is that they have very unprofessional staff that bring personal issues into work and create chaos among members and cause membership issues. I was personally caught up in an issue where everything that happened was delivered to me out of context and made to look like a bad guy while personally attacking me by the manager on duty (Juan) as he is friends with some staff that cause problems

After all this was done, the manager was standing behind my car without knowing it was mine and making fun of me and spreading lies about me to other customers. Didn’t even give me the owners contact details when I requested it. This place is run like a frat house. Sadly new managing partner Chad seems unprofessional as well.

Fact: First day back since opening after quarantine. Treadmill almost dislocates my knee with constant slipping, and its stopping in the middle of exercising. Not a good experience. Was only there a few minutes and now need to go ice my knee.

Personal Opinion: With the amount of people in there the weighted equipment is still too close for comfort.

This is the best gym around once new management stepped in. At first the machines would be down and it would be dirty. Front desk were rude and wouldn’t talk to people except for select few. The new management take proper maintenance of the machines and front desk people are so nice. They have not raised the prices! Love it!!

I've been a member of crunch Addison for three years now. Ive seen countless employees and managers and a few owners. The new owners are by far the best. They took over, clean the gym from top to bottom and fixed everything that was broken. Ive never seen this place run better. The new staff is polite and they clean all day long. Hands down the best I've seen this place in three years. If you have t been here before... it's definitely worth stopping in for a workout. If you have seen this place in the past... come see it at its finest under not just new but the best ownership!!

I've only been a member a short time and really love it here But am considering changing gyms due to class schedule. I'm sure its perfect for most people and their schedule and I thought I could make this work for me but I get off at 4 in Addison and live in Plano( still considered west side but just barely) and I'm doing online school. All that to say if theres an option to have classes at 5:00 pm or 5:30 pm everyday.
I have nothing bad to say about Crunch just putting my thoughts out there in case there are others who feel the same and so that if there is enough demand for it, maybe it could be considered.
Thank You. Ps favorite trainers/teachers are Jamaica, Jesse, Carey, Ruth, Paula, and Natasha, and ine other guy but I don't see him in the schedule anymore.

I’ve been coming to Crunch for over a year now. The night crew they currently have is my favorite! They are always super nice and in such a good mood. I love that although it’s busy some nights, adjusting my workouts are easy with all the great equipment they have. Also, if someone is on a machine I don’t have to wait long before they’re done. I've been a member of this gym since summer of 2015, and I wouldn't change it for any other gym. I just love working out here. They've got all the equipment you need for your workout. It's clean, and well-maintained at all times.
Although I've seen a lot of management come and go, the gym didn't lose its soul, and the staff are always great.

0 Stars - Surprise charges even after cancelling, staff are inept and make fixing account issues and properly refunding tedious, painful, frustrating, and they will try to not give you your money back.

Do not come here if you expect to ever need to speak with a live person about your account.

Watch out for their promotions. I went to try the gym out during one of their New Year promotions, but cancelled within the time period I was told by one of the staff to avoid ALL charges.

Couple weeks later, after I completely cancelled my account, I got a $27 charge.

Called the gym to remove the charge and the staff kept saying it was a correct charge. Kept telling them AGAIN AND AGAIN, what I was told, and what I specifically agreed to. I know EXACTLY what I agreed to and that I SPECIFICALLY cancelled to be in accordance with what I agreed to. I read the terms and conditions.

Magically the staff member assisting me (Mayte), would find a new part of the contract saying such and such. Surprise, yes they incorrectly charged me.

Staff member made me explain myself on the phone several times. Please stop making everything so difficult when crunch was the one who messed up, and now my I had to pay for it? No, that's wrong.

If you incorrectly charge a customer, stop making them go round and round again to fix your error.

I came here for years and it was fine until I needed them to fix details with my account. Now I will never be coming back.

Great gym, has all the Hoist Fitness equipment that many gyms don’t gave. Free Massage machine and free tanning. Definitely better then other $19.99 gyms. Staff is always polite and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this gym for two years/5 days a week. Since the new owners have taken over, the locker rooms/restrooms/showers have become filthy. Nothing more frustrating than being feeling dirty after a shower. I workout at 5am. This is the 3rd time the gym has been locked up during operational hours in the past 3 months. Never had to deal with this with previous owners. Time to find a new gym. Pretty sad.

Absolutely love this gym! I am very big on how a gym lays out their floor and they do a great job of spacing all the equipment out so everyone is not all top of each other while they work out lol. Crunch Fitness is a beautiful gym. I’m a physique competitor who travels a lot and visits different gyms across the nation and I was very impressed with this gym. It was very clean, they had a lot of nice, well kept equipment. I talked to a guy named Neil. He was very down to Earth and helpful. Definitely worth checking out and visiting again!

Got caught up in an issue with the staff in charge at the time I was there. Someone had a complained about me and went to said staff In the front. The staff approached me and was unwilling to hear my side of the story and took everything said by the person complaining as ultimate truth. Was left as the bad guy with my part of the story being heard. Worst past is there was no other staff or manager at the moment to issue a complaint about the staff's behavior.

It’s a good deal for the price, however they need More of the free weight benches. They have 2 flat bench, 1 incline, and 1 decline. If you come during peak hours then you will never get one. They don’t enforce putting weights away so everyone there just leaves benches and machines fully loaded with weight. And since the number of machines and benches are limited people claim 3 and circuit even though people are waiting. Personally I just jump in because that’s ridiculous but I think the staff could do more to prevent machine hogs when they have a limited number of machines. If you come after 5:30 the training class is there and they block off 3 or 4 machines just for the class to use which is annoying. Half of the cardio equipment has been down in need of repair and takes quite a while to fix. Out of about 8 stair masters 3 work currently.

This gym is one of the worst gym's I have ever been in. They are all laughs and hugs when you sign up but when you cancel your membership they will not tell you the policies and regulations of their cancellation policy. In fact they will tell you you can cancel ANYTIME except that they don't tell you if you are within 10 business days of your billing cycle you will get charged for the following month. Poor trained staff and managers in customer service AND fitness.

The manager and staff are very disrespectful, unprofessional and do not go straight to the point. I spent 3 days calling to talk to a manager before I was able to talk to him and the staff kept on hanging up the phone when I asked to speak to him.

Do yourself a favor and don't sign up on this gym, they are thieves and do not know how to do business. Just like any other gym they will rip you off when you want to cancel. Maybe you will read this and not pay attention, but you will sure remember it when you cancel your membership... DONT DO IT!

I m paying 35$ monthly so I can join classes but 2 days ago, they reserved some tools which I usually used for class. And they do not let me use it. Tools were not used next 30 mins after reserved. Immediately I want refund but manager told me he can terminate my membership but can not give refund. I m paying but not allow to use tools. This place is going downhill, I m searching another gym. This gym has limited count gym machines.

Update - I do not know that review worked or not but they are more careful to reserve tools, especially they reserve the tool if there is another same tool. It does not deserve 1 star anymore, but many treadmills do not work but I start to enjoy to go this place, not bad at all

Jen Darnell, one of their employees, was very rude to me and showed little to no interest in actually helping others achieve their goals. When I called her out on her poor attitude, she then called me names such as "stupid" and "idiot". This is someone who does NOT take pride in what they do, nor does she seem to have a clue since she herself is not a model example of fitness. I joined when they first opened. They haven’t spent a dime on the gym since opening. TV’s don’t work, cracks in upholstery on benches and other equipment (been like this for years). The maintenance and cleanliness is very suspect. Typically the spray dispenser with sanitation fluid are empty. That’s all the bad news. The good news is you only pay $14 a month for a pretty bad gym experience.

Deceptive billing practices. I guess having a signed form saying you cancelled your gym membership means nothing. I got charged again when I came in June to cancel membership and was charged for July for not being within 10 days. Ok, that's per contract. But I have been charged for August and told my membership was never terminated, only the general manager can do it, and he is gone for a week. Will be calling my bank to get these reversed!

Overall, my experience with Crunch is not bad.

We have been experiencing extreme heat in the area. However, the gym is hotter than the outside. Especially, the room in which classes are being held. My friend came in as a guest to work out with me. She almost fainted in the fitness class because of the heat INSIDE the building. There was only one fan for the entire room. You can do better... Surely, you can purchase fans and ensure the air is working properly. This is for the safety of everyone who works out in your facility.
