I love this gym. Its not the biggest but sure is the most convenient.
Well maintenance, machines are always working and rarely out of service. This gym has been my go to gym for the last 5 years and I must say. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.
Personal trainer are always visible if you have questions they are amazing at helping out and giving advice to get you on the right path they also have one on one Personal trainer to get you to your goals a lot faster that comes at a coat but beleave me it is worth it.
The best part is the variety of group classes ranging from strengths Training, cross fit, and for the cycles loves they have some pretty fun classes. They also offer zumba for those that like to sweat and dance in sure they have somthing for everyone.
These classes are free to join with your gym memberships peak and peak results if im correct. I recommended anyone to join dont be shy the coach/trainer is amazing and always welcoming and the people in the class are just the same.😊.

Over all conclusion: this gym is great for for everyone it is not over crowded like these bigger gyms. The members there go in do the work and get out just how it should be.

I absolutely hate the hours. It was 24hrs at some point, and now they close early on weekends, which is super inconvenient. It's the only time of the week when I actually have free time. The machines are ok, but since the hours are so small, it gets packed in the afternoons. Very sad they limited the times so much.

Gym is 24 hrs from Monday to Thursday. For a beginner like me it has all these machines with a little explanation of how to use them. Most of the staff is really nice.

Hours changed open from Sunday to Friday. Good place to get a quick work out. Stay for a class. Love their energy.

Yo tengo el paquete de $27 USD y recomiendo las clases con Amanda (Cardio), Berenice (Pilates), Marisol (Zumba) y Sofía (yoga) para empezar y trabajar en equipo. Being consistent in fitness had always been a struggle for me until I joined Crunch Boca Chica. At this gym I have discovered several group fitness classes and instructors that have guided me and helped me learn how to properly exercise through different levels of intensity. This gym even made it easier for me to master different exercises through their knowledgeable personal trainers. I currently have Briseno Cazares as my personal trainer and she is amazing. She is very motivating, has an extensive background in fitness and is great at generating results in her clients. In all, this gym is always clean, staff is friendly and equipment pieces are in great shape.

Tengo un año entrenando ahí, todo estaba bien ( no digo que excelente porque algunas máquinas no funcionan, puse queja de los baños y NUNCA me hicieron caso) el ambiente era agradable, me encanta las clases en hit zone iba todos los días (Lunes a Sábado) , entrené dos meses con entrenadora personal buenísimas las sesiones con Sandra Flores, el entrenador Eric me ayudó con mi dieta, hasta que hicieron cambios que pusieron todo al revés, mis entrenadores se fueron 🥲el ambiente con la nueva encargada SOFÍA pésimo 🙄🙄 a quien se le ocurre cerrar en Sábado y abrir más temprano el Domingo???? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️y por quejarme ahí me hablaron para decirme que si no estoy de acuerdo que cancele ( o sea o sea todos los que no están de acuerdo que cancelen? ) y cómo les dije que no pienso cancelar porque estoy a gusto con la clase y con mi grupo de amigas que hice ahí, me queda cerca de mi casa pues ME ACABAN DE HABLAR PARA CANCELAR MI MEMBRESIA, o sea no somos libres de expresarnos? 🤔🤔🤔si les van a cancelar a todos los que no están de acuerdo pues se quedarán sin trabajo 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️y esto es SOLO EN CRUNCH BOCA CHICA y la libertad de expresión?

It used to be a good gym but after a change of management and losing trainers everything went down. They have no person skills, lacks professionalism and the atmosphere aint the same as before when they’re was different people running it. Worst gym in Brownsville. The individual who was working at the front desk (didn’t get his name) here at this crunch gym said they are super strict which only allow LOCALS to try their gym out for the 3 day pass. He said if your Texas ID hasn’t been updated and you want to try the gym to get a membership, don’t even think about it you won’t be able to. He wanted work check stubs, and paper mail. I wasn’t applying to get a job at a gym for goodness sake. I was wanting to try out the gym for a membership . So ridiculous.

Switched to Tru Fit because they don’t charge me the ridiculous hidden fees they have here, or go to planet fitness or somewhere else, but NOT HERE.
