I was really disappointed with my experience at this gym. The staff was completely unprofessional and not helpful at all. When I asked simple questions, they acted bothered and gave me attitude instead of assistance. It’s frustrating to spend money on a membership only to be treated like an inconvenience. Definitely not recommending this place.

Terrible service. Every time I’ve come in, the employees are just sitting around on their phones and not helping anyone. No sense of urgency, professionalism, or customer care. It really feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. Definitely not coming back.

First time to this gym. Pleasantly surprised! The customer service is great. The place was very clean and plenty of machines, not to mention the free weights. I am no professional by any means but I felt very comfortable during my work out. Great value! Highly recommend it.

I’ve recently became a member and switched over from Planet Fitness to Crunch because of the great reviews I heard about but at this particular location the desk clerk need to learn some manner and apply some customer service skills in order to serve better a simple question led the clerk to be irritated and obnoxious while attending to a call on personal cell phone with someone else the whole time during our interaction. My query was in regard to the usage of hydromassage facility that is present in the gym since my membership status allow me to use and access the location around the States. Totally dismissive and unprofessional behavior.

One of the greatest gyms ever Coach Dee’s 5:45am cycling class along with a few other classes helped me drop 20 pounds. This class specifically has definitely taught me discipline and staying consistent!!! Love ya Coach Dee ❤️

The gym was initially nice when it opened. The staff are really friendly most of the time. There is an issue with laziness with the staff though; at times there can be 5-6 staff-members at the desk, and NO ONE policing the gym. People sit in the sauna (which is supposed to be a sanitary area) with their shoes on constantly. Members screw around on their cell phones (sometimes in excess of 10+ minutes) while occupying machines and not exercising, which inconveniences other members. Members not wiping their sweat off of the machines they use, or re-racking their weights. Members walk around in socks and bare feet and the staff doesn't do a damn thing. These are just a few of the issues that could be remedied if the staff became engaged. I can almost guarantee that a canned, copy and paste response will follow this review from the manager or other senior staff vs an actual solution.

This place is terrible. The management (Caleb specifically) lies and makes up policies on the spot to deny entry. Their sauna, which is a big reason I signed up is not even hot. It MAYBE gets as hot as a Texas summer day but I can go outside if I wanted a summer day, not pay $59 a month. Crunch Fitness Cedar hill is 8 min away and has way better customer service. Save yourself the headache and go there. Way better customer service and their Sauna is actually the perfect temp for a good post workout sweat!

They did such a great job with putting this location together. I prefer the layout over others sometimes. The staff has been sweet and attentive with the equipment and cleanliness of the gym. Looking forward to trying some of their classes out!

Their Hot Pilates class alongside the instructor Roach Ro is AMAZING. Between the workouts & the music on top of it being heated you’d think you’re at a Pilates Studio! Shoutout to Roach Ro for her sessions and Crunch Fitness for being so creative with their gym!

Nice facility, but I wasn’t allowed to use the hot yoga room. I was asked to leave and told to use the sauna instead if I wanted heat. If you pay for a membership, you should be able to use all the rooms.

I am visiting from NYC. This gym is brand spanking new so much equipment so much space very very clean and staff is very very friendly. I loved it in NY we don't have gyms this nice bro . Highly recommend !

Let me start by saying I’ve been to a few gyms and none of the trainers are as kind and helpful as the ones they have here ! Me , my mom , & sister were trying a newer machine , Sunnie stepped in and coached us on how to work out our muscles properly for the machine , and how to achieve the correct form to engage our body ! I love her ! You could tell she was doing it because she really enjoys fitness ! Thank you sunnie ! Keep it up ! 🤍

To be clear this is a 24/7 gym. Just took a tour yesterday and about to go for my first workout. The facility is pristine!! Lots and lots of stations and different machines/bands/bars etc. Can’t wait to put in that work!!
