I did a free trial, and I was disappointed to see that the Air Conditioning is broken. I was told by a member, that it has been broken for over 3 months now. I cannot believe that an establishment meant to promote a healthy lifestyle is working under such unsafe conditions. I will not be joining this gym until the air conditioning is fixed and until I can workout under proper conditions.

I came in for a confirmed kick off with the trainer on 11/2. I even called on 11/1 to confirm it and was told I was good for 8am. 8:30am still no trainer and no contact with anyone in management. I basically waited for 45 mins to get to do nothing and want to cancel my membership now. (Only had it for 4 days).

Honestly, as my first gym subscription I recommend it to anyone wanting to start hitting the gym. The staff here are always so nice and supportive of their members, and the environment is always so inviting and welcoming. Also they have a variety of machines to use. I went to Zumba, but unfortunately the AC (Air Conditioning) is not working.
It's very hard to do the class without AC. The room is small and crowded, so the AC working properly is important and necessary in my opinion.
I was told that the AC has been broken since almost 3 months ago. I hope the gym takes care of the issue at some point, I really want to join, but not until they fix it.

I joined here after my last gym sold to another franchise. The gym itself is truly fantastic. New equipment, clean environment, TONS of equipment to choose from and lots of space so it doesnt feel too crowded. But I must say I am sick of seeing all the tripods, and this is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. On any given day at any time you come, there's easily 2-5 tripods set up all over the place. The contract says filming is allowed but fellow gym members can't be in the background.. im sorry but there is ZERO way these people are recording without getting others in the background. The layout of the machines just doesnt make that possible. The cameras are facing open areas where everyone is working out. Some may not care but I find it weird and it kills the vibe for my session every single time. Having to walk around these people's entire set up and then switch your workouts so you arent on a machine next to them in their camera view. Other than that, the gym itself is great. I do love the atmosphere and all the amenities it has to offer.

2 weeks in, they've already taken payment, no problem but...Staff member, Michell, stated she would REFUSE me access to the gym because my VALID DEBIT CARD (that they charged) wasn't a good enough form of payment. When you sign up, it gives you an option (or illusion of one) online how you'd like to pay... I selected my option! Apparently the gym has the authority to override that option and then straight up refuse access until you do what they want you to do. I was really excited to train here. It's about the principle for me... don't give me an option then tell me what I selected wasn't good enough and on top of that, threaten me with denied access like I did something wrong. I immediately felt unwelcome. No other staff member had a problem with it. They were very welcoming and didn't pressure me to change my option. YOU'VE ALREADY CHARGED ME THEN THREATEN TO NOT LET ME IN!?! Not the way you do business...

Pros to Juan!! He needs a raise!! Yesterday morning, i was ready to get my steps in on the stair master and literally 1 min in….my phone falls IN the stair master… i called juan over for help, he said I wouldn’t have my phone back today since IT had to come over and will take him a while…. i was so sad and few minutes later he comes back with a screwdriver, undid the stair master machine and saved my phone!!!! Due to my last coach having to leave because of a different priority, I was assigned a new trainer.
In comes Isaiah. He was pretty intense. Not in a bad way, but in a motivating sense. I am a beginner in the gym and I felt like he did such a good job explaining how to work the different equipments, while also making the experience somewhat enjoyable. I am positive that I’ll end up seeing my weight goal quicker than expected.

Scam, the manager is a liar. Very rude, would not re write my account with the membership I had gotten through my job. The next day charged my card $80 instead of re writing my account because I was coming out of my pocket for a membership twice. He literally said i would not be charged anymore and I wake up with a charge. He handled the situation with an attitude since the time i walked in the door. Do not use this location.

Isaiah is the absolute best trainer in this place! He helped me reach ALL my goals. I got fast results and the workouts I could not push myself to do. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The GM manager completely disrespected me, speaking in a way that made me feel small and unimportant. Crunch is a great gym! Honestly it’s a hidden gem and I don’t want to write a great review because right now it’s not over crowded which is one of the things I love. I have been to a handful of other gyms before and Crunch is at the top of the list for similar gyms in the area - they keep a very clean and well organized facility. The machines are all new and working well, bathrooms are always clean, tons of turf space, everyone is friendly, and great amenities overall.

I can say they have really good equipment but only because it's new and the options they have with the water jet message, infrared sauna and tanning booth. The biggest complaint I can say in difference between Fitness Connection and Crunch is they have not been able to keep up with the floors and restrooms clean. Today was my first visit and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I arrived at 7am and noticed toilet paper and trash all over the women’s restroom floors. When I left around 10am, nothing had been touched. This wasn’t just an early morning issue — this is a lack of mid-shift accountability.

I chose Crunch Humble through my WellHub membership, and I expected at least the basics: a clean space to train in. I emailed the team and got a quick response, which I appreciate, but based on past reviews, this isn’t a new concern.

Please prioritize keeping your restrooms and locker rooms clean. Your female members deserve better.

I have really enjoyed my time at this gym! My Hot Mobility and Hot core classes I took with Felisha were always fantastic - she is very personable and motivating as a coach. The environment of the gym as a whole is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. Loads of equipment and machines - this fitness center has everything you need no matter what kind of workout you’re looking for. This is also a great place for ALL levels, the heavy lifters, the beginners, the class takers, and more! If I didn’t have to move cities I would stay forever! Great machines, abundance of barbells and unique workout pieces that other gyms lack! I also love the variety to do fitness classes they offer. My only complaint is the cleaning tissues are not always stocked and the bathrooms run out of soap often. It’s a sweaty place so I’m critical on cleanliness.

Very DISTURBED at how an individual can bring down sales and new memberships to a great organization, then I find out that he's the sales manager. I will be saving a copy of this post and contacting corporate just in case this review is erased by him. I wanted to get to know this gym as many told me it was an awesome place for work out and leisure. I visited and was greeted by Michelle and her warm genuine smile. Being that she was alone and handling the front desk by herself, she briefly went over packages and amenities. She pointed out locations on the floor that I could visit according to my goals and said she'd visit me if I had any questions or concerns. I walked the floor and decided to test the equipment for quality and endurance. I left, but not before saying goodbye to Michelle. She asked about what i thought and I informed her that I didn't get a chance to visit some of the amenities such as spa, showers, locker room,etc. Michelle set up a follow up appointment for the next day and that's when i DREADFULLY met MGR. BLANE. Oddly enough, a friend that recommended that crunchfitness to me happened to be their that same morning and was going to sign up his wife but decided not to because of the negative vibe he got from MGR. BLANE. My experience with BLANE went south very quickly as I started to explain my first visit with Michelle and the reason that I was revisiting. He just couldn't or had no interest in what i was saying that he completely ignored the reason for my presence that very day. HE WAS SO FOCUSED ON PUSHING A MEMBERSHIP DOWN MY THROAT that we weren't even on the same conversation. By the time he noticed that he messed up all he could say was that he couldn't understand my concern. I professionally asked for his name, bid him a farewell and told him that I was not interested in conversing with him any further due to his lack of professionalism and poor interactions with potential new members. I called several of my associates, including the one I ran into that same day and they all spoke poorly about BLANE and that they decided not to sign up their spouses or visit that particular location in Humble, Texas near highway 59. I want to apologize to Michelle for losing that sale and possibly many more, due to the incompetence of a fellow staff member. That very same day I visited the Atascocita location and staff there was like Michelle and the ambience is outstanding.

Since being back in Texas the male staff is rude. When asking several questions about transferring from one crunch to their crunch the response is “gotcha I don’t know” the process felt rushed and not helpful at all. I needed this transfer so that I can put my children in daycare. I’ve had issues with this gym on more than one occasion and decided that I should go elsewhere where I can get proper service. Although the classes are good, the service provided is not worth staying.

I love how easy and convenient the Crunch Fitness Humble location is! The facilities are always nice and clean, which makes for a great workout environment. They have plenty of equipment and machines available, even during busier times, so I never feel like I have to wait around.

I also worked with a personal trainer, Omari, and he was fantastic. He’s very nice, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. He really helped me stay motivated and guided me through my fitness journey with professionalism and care.

Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped gym and a supportive training experience!

I have loved my experience at Crunch. It has made me love working out especially the utilizing the hot room. My favorite instructor is Felisha and Mara. Those two have a true love in helping “us” women believe in our working out and working on ourself. Kudos to them. Please continue with these classes. Please also add Hot Yoga. ❤️ love ya!!

Came here after graduating college. Overall pretty good deal for what they offer. They have multiple cable/free weight machines, so that means less time standing waiting for a machine. They also provide sanitizing wipes to wipe down machines which is a plus. Also have to say, the team here is kind/friendly and also listening to your needs and issues.

The only reason i decided to go to this gym vs the rest of the gyms out there was because i was told that a guest could also use the amenities, come to find out they 1 lie to get you to sign up
, and 2 the management doesn’t hold up their word or change up their mind after you sign a contract, literally nobody is in the amenities and they decided out of the sudden guest cant use them, and saw on another review someone complained about the same thing not that long ago but and it does say guests should be able to use them? Whats going on?

I actually loved this gym but they put a lot of pressure to sign up for personal training and say it’s not a contract. I canceled before I even did one session. The guy said he couldn’t and he couldn’t stop the billing process that day. 3 months later they’re telling me I’m under contract and they’re notorious for collecting their money. Huge disappointment, don’t go here guys they will try and do the same to you.

Go to workout at 5am, go into the women’s locker room and it’s filthy, trash and toilet paper on the floor, I go to use the restroom before my workout no toilet paper in the restroom, I leave to do my workout, an hour later I come to get my stuff and it’s still as filthy as it was when I walked in. Nothing is clean at 5am. Definitely was not like this when it first open.

They don’t pay attention to who goes into the red light sauna, I put my name on the list waiting my turn, some men just walked right in without waiting.

This place was in the money with everything they do. Super clean facility with plenty of space, I have yet to wait on equipment to use. The recovery room and good music are pleasant bonuses. Brook was super useful getting me set up for the best deal possible. Super friendly and ready help, ask for her when you need anything!

Unfortunately, this review isn’t for the gym, the things it offers, the great front desk members, nor my amazing trainer Raeshard.

It is strictly for the personal training management and working with them after signing up.
I do not recommend signing up for the training due to the fact that their PT Management team will falsely inform you on billing and cancellation requirements to get you to sign up and continue to charge you even when verbally confirming that they won’t. If you do sign up, make sure to get every conversation either via email or in writing since they will go back on their own word without physical documentation.

That said, the facilities are great, their classes are definitely worth attending, and they have great instructors!

I love being a crunch member! Mily is always a delight! Furthermore, will never hesitate to go the extra mile for a guest! The gym is spacious, plays nice music, and has wonderful amenities! I love the equipment and atmosphere here, but the staff is lacking. They only partially acknowledge you when you check in, and the staff often huddles together at the front desk, chatting. When you ask for assistance, it feels like you're inconveniencing them. As a member of Crunch Temple, I can say that their staff is fantastic. Hopefully, this location can take some pointers from them.

Depending on your needs I would check out other gyms and how they compare before signing up here. One of the main reason I chose this gym over the new EOS gym opening up, is because my guest would be allowed to use the RR room, such as the cryo chair. Not only was I told this when I came for my tour, I also called on two separate occasions to confirm this before choosing to move forward. This was not an issue the first few times I came and my guest was allowed to use the RR but today I was told actually that is not the case. Now there is really not many differences between this gym and EOS, except EOS is offering more at a better price point. Also, when you sign up online it allows you to select a card as your payment without giving your bank information. However, they won’t let you in the front door until you give them your bank information. I will most likely be giving corporate a call about that and this entire situation. Because the gym is not bad, I just don’t like being misled or lied to multiple times. Because at that point it is false advertisement to promise to provide one thing, and then change it after a person already signed up.

this is a nice gym but i’d suggest just joining through their online portal. the staff contradicted what their online plan says. online it says the peak allows multiple locations but when i was joining the staff told me only the one that allowed multiple locations so either they are misleading you online or the staff will blatantly lie to your face in order to upsell you either way kind of sketchy business practices. so ya i repeated multiple times the plan i wanted but they just wouldn’t take it so ya just skip them all together and rely on the corporate policies they seem to be better for the customer. like the chain and gym been to multiple locations in different cities i’ve lived but ya poor experience here.

Love the gym. Clean and new and very nice equipment. Amenities are also amazing with the tanning bed and the red light therapy, the Hydro massage bed and the infrared sauna. Best part is they’re open 24/7 and located easily off of Highway 69.

Been to different gyms in Humble/Atascosita, but I believe this is one of the best gym I been to! I pay my membership through my insurance so I can’t complain about the price, but it’s worth what I pay for! Staff are friendly, equipment is clean, it’s 24/7 including the weekends, spacious compare to Atascosita and has variation of equipment, and love the music that they play in the gym! I definitely recommend this gym to get a good pump if you live around in Humble/Atascosita area!

Upgraded my existing membership in Atascocita to be able to go to this gym since it’s closer to home.

I attempted to go at 5:30 PM today, and there was a little to no parking, a line to get into the gym, a wait on every machine, powerlifting rack, and bench, and a class taking up the entire boxing area for the next two hours.

If you can only work out after work, find a new gym. This one isn’t going to let you work out without a wait.
