Tube mala experiencia desde que entré y saludépor que nadie me contestó no le dieron la bienvenida a mi hijo no fueron empaticas con el, no fueron profesionales en ningún momento ahí necesitan personal con experiencia en niños ya que no pasaron ni 5 mininos y me marcaron que fuera por mi hijo que por que no paraba de llorar entiendo que hay niños que cuidar pero debe darse la preferencia a los que son nuevos para que se adapten las 3 chicas estaban sentadas con un bb cargado dormido cuando podían estar cuidado los demás niños que si estaban despiertos Realmente no recomiendo lleven ahí a sus hijos cabe mencionar que yo pagué mi membresía por que necesitaba ayuda con el cuidado de mi niño

I’ve been a member at Crunch Fitness for a while now, and overall I have enjoyed the gym, but the childcare facility has become a recurring issue. There is a particular staff member I beleive her name is Natalie but they don't wear name tags so I could be wrong. Hispanic young lady, is often sitting by the computer, wrapped in a blanket, and frequently on her phone rather than engaging with the children.

Recently, my wife invited a friend who drove all the way from Andrew's, TX (roughly 40mins) with her child to come workout with her as a guest. Although my wife has a VIP pass, they still refused to watch her son due to liability reasons (Although I was informed that the VIP pass also covers guests children as well). So my wife helped her sign up for a 7-day free pass (which also includes childcare), this staff member’s attitude shifted noticeably as if they never wanted to accept the child. That day while exercising, she called my wife numerous times claiming my daughter was acting up, which was also interrupting their workout. This was never an issue previously. My wife's friend mentioned that she had a terrible first impression of the gym due to this childcare worker's noticeable attitude.

Since then, she has become petty and unprofessional, singling out my wife by suddenly enforcing policies to the extreme that she previously overlooked, while continuing to allow flexibility with others. Instead of handling small matters herself, she now calls us repeatedly during workouts over minor issues that should be well within her ability to manage.

What’s concerning is that her behavior seems to be affecting the morale of other childcare workers, many of whom are otherwise professional and kind. I’ve also noticed that other reviews on here appear to be about the same employee, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated problem.

I understand the gym is under new management, but accountability in the childcare department is seriously lacking. If this continues without improvement, we may have to encourage other members who’ve had similar experiences to raise the issue with the Better Business Bureau and or corporate.

Overall, this is a 4–5 star gym when the childcare is fair and professional. In the past five years it’s been up and down, and unfortunately right now it’s at a low point. I will gladly adjust my review once this issue is resolved, because I want to see this location succeed.

Sucks when you get charged a membership on the 10th. Then by the 18th they charge you once more plus a late fee. Things like this have been going on for months and the management doesnt ever care. Plus i dont understand how many times I've been charged annually fees. Don't do it people and if you do

I just also got a message from the owner below saying the same thing he said in person. It is fully the truth cause I showed him my bank statements and he also said it has to do with my bank. I asked why is there 2 statements, they have no response. A complete lack of professionalism as you see. Didn't try and help just tried to cover there tracks. watch your bank account.

Ample assortment of weights and decent place to lift. As others have voiced concern that this franchise owner for Odessa and Midland does not manage these locations up to the same standard as other Crunch locations across Texas or Oklahoma. The bathrooms and gym can be dirty. Mostly, the bathrooms are consistently dirty. Other than that it gets 3 stars because Crunch is affordable and open 24/7. Sometimes I wish there were more gyms to choose from because it’s always packed because it is cheap and there aren’t much options for gyms across Texas or Oklahoma that are 24/7. Odessa and Midland both are packed in the afternoons to the extent to where I dislike training at peak hours.

I’ve been going to this gym for the last 5 years, and this is the first year they charged me the annual fee three times. When I brought it up, Rachael the manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Meanwhile, there’s constant staff turnover, so there’s no consistency or accountability. And to top it off, good luck catching the manager — you’ll either have to call for her three weeks straight or just get lucky and find them in person. Poor management, and zero customer care. I absolutely do not recommend this place when it comes to customer care, other than that working out and equipment is great! Side note: had to call midland to get help resolve the issue and in matter of minutes it happened!

This place is great if you can get in. The Permian students use this entire parking lot as its student parking. It took 22 minutes to get from Taco Villa to Crunch Fitness because there were so many students trying to leave. They created a traffic jam. No one could move because no one would budge. Cops had to come and direct traffic just to get the parking lot cleared. Very annoying and I lost 22 minutes of my workout time because of students who don’t use any of the businesses in this shopping center. They just use the parking. The students also leave massive amounts of trash in the parking lot so it looks horrible most of the time.

Extremely Disappointed with the Child Care
My experience with the child care here was very concerning. The staff seemed disengaged and inattentive—often seen wrapped in blankets at the front desk, glued to their phones, rather than interacting with or supervising the children.

Despite the large space and number of kids, there appeared to be no effort to properly monitor or divide responsibilities. My child was left crying and unattended, with no staff offering comfort or assistance.

I voiced my concerns directly to the General Manager, but unfortunately, they were dismissed without any real acknowledgment or action.

This kind of environment is simply not safe or nurturing for children. I sincerely hope management reconsiders their hiring and training practices and brings in staff who are genuinely attentive, caring, and committed to child welfare.

At this time, I would not recommend this facility for child care.

Majority of the front desk workers were awful, not only did they seem inconvenienced by guests making purchases on the drinks or guests who had questions and they often rolled their eyes (short one with curly hair). Going into the gym is already hard enough, the employees made it feel difficult to even feel welcomed, This was enough to cancel the membership completely and find a better gym.

I bought a membership around a few days ago and I was initially very excited. I specifically bought the peak one, knowing that I was not sure about the membership. Around a few months ago I had received a back injury and it recently popped after attending yalls gym. Not yalls fault, but I just felt that I needed to take a break from the weights

So I called up and requested to cancel my membership for the time being. Canceling became a back and forth with a sketchy number that never fixed anything. I want to cancel and I do not care if I get charged a final payment, I just want to leave. Everytime I ask for corporates number, the man always tells me I don't know or we can't help you. Please help me cancel my membership.

I have tested a few Crunches around Texas and I confident in saying that this is the worst location out of all of them. The good thing about Crunch is its locations and fair prices. It’s good for ones that don’t want Planet Fitness but want the closest value of a Planet Fitness. Bathrooms started off horrendous at this location, but the staff did better over the past 4 months or so.

What I still think is funny today this day is the lack of barbell clips. Last year, a staff member informed me that clips were ordered and would be stocked in the gym soon. That was over 12 months ago. I was soon to realize each of the other locations I visited also had zero or nearly zero barbell clips.

It sucks. I dont know where to start. They chose to close all the squat racks IN THE MORNING for cleaning! Why not cleaning at night when less people want to use them. ONE, ONLY ONE damn decline bench press! One or 2 leg extension machines? And most times 1 is broken! The amount of money this place makes and it sucks so much! Stop focusing in CARDIO crap and bring more free weight. Cant do a damn program in this place other than zumba classes, mos of the times you have to end up changing the workout cuz theres not enough machines available.

I got a membership and told the lady I was needing a 3 month membership because that's how long I was going to be in odessa for she said no problem said it was gonna be a low payment of whatever it was and had me sign papers so after the three months I'm getting emails and calls saying I'm past due so I call them they basically tell me I have to go in so luckily I was 2 hours away and got off work and headed over then they said I signed a contract for a year I said that's not what I agreed to I said what I wanted and you handed me papers and I signed them not reading it so I said I want to cancel it and pay my past due that they were stealing from me cuz I specifically said 3 months and I paid both and leave back to pregon and keep getting past due notices so I call and I'm on the phone forever they say they're gonna have it cleared up it was a mistake blah blah and now I check my phone and I see I owe more money again. Nice gym trash people and theives though. Fix this problem and I'll take my review down cuz this is wrong

Wow...... this was a great gym 2 years ago
I recently had my lock cut and over 500 in cash my wallet my shoes and gym bag stolen asked the staff for help and was basicallyaughed at and then cussed at when I got upset with them.
Called in to cancel today and somehow im signed up for a yearly plan that I have to pay off before I can cancel this doesn't seem fair seeing as how i was stolen from and treated I would assume canceling would be no problem.

I had nothing but great things to say about crunchnand have been a solid member for many years. Every other interaction had been amazing and this crunch used to be by far the cleanest of all the ones I visited. Odessa midland Colorado
Odessa was my favorite. I'll pay the remaining balance even though i never signed up for a yearly plan was stolen from and cussed at when i asked for help but as a everyday lifter and fitness enthusiast I would stay away from this place it's not what it used to be at all or at least not in my experience maybe they could do.a better job vetting there employees before the let just anyone work for them..

My first experience was four years ago and I was not very fond of the people who had taken care of me.
Four years later I return with my Boyfriend. We both felt welcomed by Cameron the one who helped us get our Trainer Aaron cox who is some I highly recommend for good workout sessions, diet plans, and nutrition tips.
Cameron was very friendly, funny, and helpful. Tour was a 10/10 because it was very informative and Cameron made us laugh every chance he got. All the staff so far have been friendly and very helpful. Definitely a better improvement from not being there since 2021.

This gym is very welcoming and the staff is friendly and amazing. I like how during kick offs the employee listens and is very receptive and willing to discuss excersize, diet, and other ways to help you reach the goal you have. The management (Cameron and Renae) are always upfront interacting with ppl and making them feel welcome in the gym.

The front desk worker named Quad, is very helpful and he's been there every time I've went in and always greets with a smile and always has an amazing attitude with work!

10/10 will keep this as my gym

the ongoing billing issues with my membership and the unprofessional treatment I have experienced at your Odessa location.

When I initially raised concerns about the incorrect charges, both Rene and Cameron assured me they would resolve the issue. Rene specifically instructed me not to make a payment until the following day. I complied, and when I returned to verify that the late fee had been removed and to make my payment, another staff member advised me again not to pay until the fee adjustment was completed. He even allowed me to enter the gym without issue.

However, when I returned today, Cameron informed me that I still owed a balance. While I acknowledged this, I explained that I was explicitly told not to pay until the late fee was removed. I believed following their instructions was the best way to handle the situation. In response, Cameron dismissively stated, “It’s late, it’s way past your time to pay,” and refused to allow me access to the gym until I made the payment.

To make matters worse, he then said, “If this is so much of an issue, we can just cancel your membership,” and added that if my membership were canceled, I would not be allowed to sign up with Crunch again.

This entire experience has been unacceptable. I have attempted multiple times to address the ongoing billing issues, yet I continue to receive conflicting information and unprofessional treatment. I do not appreciate being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, nor do I find it appropriate to be threatened with cancellation simply for questioning a billing discrepancy.

I am requesting a formal review of this matter, including an investigation into the way staff handled my concerns. I would appreciate a response detailing how this situation will be resolved and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other members.

I expect a prompt response to this complaint and look forward to hearing how this will be addressed.

I hate the way they act when you first sign up like they want to be your friend and as soon as you want to cancel your membership, they don’t even want to talk to you. They’re too busy having meetings and running late in the meetings and I got as far as the manager is having a baby so she can’t take care of me how ridiculous is that the other managers couldn’t help me because the manager that needed to take care of me is the one who was in charge of my account so I have to wait for that manager to finish having a baby so I can cancel my membership. They have all the equipment you need for sure.. Plenty of space to move around. For me the music was way too loud and they didn't turn it down when I asked. Tried to cancel my membership on the 28th of December before the next billing cycle of December 30th. They told me I couldn't because they where worried about double charging me if they ran my last payment early and canceled. Told me to callback on the 30th. I did only to get the voicemail to leave a name and a good callback number. Tied multiple times that day and the 31st. Did not try on the 1st because I figured they would be closed. Trying over 8 times on the 2nd only getting the voicemail. Finally getting a hold of someone on the 3rd to be charge for not only what I owed on the 30th but also what I would owe for the up coming month. A total of $79 and some change all because they would not let me close my account the day I called and said I had to call back for fear of being double charged when in the end I had to pay double anyway because they did not answer the phone or return my call so it put me over the threshold to close my account without having to pay another month in fees. Way to go Crunch fitness. Way to go. Do better. I was planning on returning In 8 months but after this encounter I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere and finding somewhere with better costumer service.

Unfortunately, this branch of Crunch is sliding downhill quickly. You have one or two good guys that work their tail off : cleaning the floors, mopping, keeping the restrooms taken care of. But when they are gone, the gym has 4-6 young women who do nothing but sit at the front check in desk and talk and and have their nose in their phones. Nothing gets done.

Not bad. The equipment is nice but you can tell its been beat up. Some of the flooring is messed up in some areas. Love that there are heavy bags and a HIIT area with other equipment away from a lot of the other people. A lot of bikes treadmills etc. Not bad but very crowded. Overall a great spot if you need a quick workout on the cheap.

Update: they have since added some updates to the flooring near the dumbbells and it has greatly improved that area!

Recently moved to the area, and I have been trying out different gyms. I originally went in for a 7 day free trial, but after having Renae show me around I signed up immediately! She made me feel so welcome. Gyms can be pretty intimidating, but she was very calming and positive! I decided to sign up for a membership and an hour session with one of their trainers! However, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, some staff members have poor customer relations skills (not all, but a few of them are great), or it could be that the gym's policies are just not customer-centered.

This explains why this gym is not among the top-rated gyms in the Odessa-Midland area (according to Google and Yelp)

In conclusion, this gym is not suitable for people looking for a conducive place to exercise and stay fit (management is mediocre at best)

The gym itself is probably a 4, but giving a 5 because my fantastic trainer works at this location. 10/10 would recommend. Aaron knows his stuff and can help with some light to moderate physical therapy too. Fantastic with sensory issues and even trained me through and out of autistic burnout. Basically, if you want it, it's possible to achieve, and you follow his advice and instructions, he'll get you there.

I also strongly recommend for trans guys wanting to work out as part of transition. Aaron has never once misgendered or deadnamed me since I informed him of my name and pronouns, and never questioned my goals even before knowing. Highly professional and happy to answer questions during sessions. For $220/month, his services are a steal (with nutrition included).

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your gym today. After rejoining with the hope of finding a convenient workout routine, I was met with an experience that has severely diminished my enthusiasm for continuing my membership.

My primary reason for rejoining your gym was the structured classes, which fit well into my busy schedule. However, my recent attempt to attend a lunch class revealed an alarming lack of professionalism and courtesy from your staff.

Today, I arrived at the gym for a lunch class, having been a member for a month and previously attending only evening classes. I was running late, so after scanning in at the front desk, I attempted to head straight to my class. At that point, the staff member holding the scanner said, "Hey Erin, I need to get your picture." I responded, "I am late for my class; I will do it next time." Another staff member then interjected in a rude tone, saying, “No, you will do it after.” I chuckled and said, “Maybe,” thinking she might be joking, but her demeanor quickly escalated. She became stern and loud, practically yelling, “No, it definitely will be after.” I was left wondering what that was supposed to mean—would she really not let me leave until I took the photo? This approach was not only uncomfortable but also felt unnecessarily confrontational.

I was shocked and horrified by her rude behavior. Despite my attempt to ignore the confrontation and head to my class, the experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. The fact that I had to endure such treatment just as I was trying to attend my workout was incredibly disheartening.

I understand the necessity of having a photo on file, which is why I respectfully indicated that I would take care of it at my next visit. I was not attempting to refuse or evade the requirement; rather, I was simply letting the staff know that I was running late and would address the photo issue at a more convenient time. Now that I am aware of this requirement, I can certainly plan to accommodate it in future visits. Additionally, given that I previously held a membership and only recently reactivated it, I assumed that my photo from before would still be on record.

As I was leaving, the same staff member who had been confrontational earlier said to the group beside me exiting, “Bye, have a great day.” However, when she noticed me, her tone changed drastically as she yelled, “Hi, can we get your picture now? Ma’am, can we get your picture?” then her tone snapped, and she said , “Okay, we will remember you.” Her demeanor was not only harsh but also made me feel very uncomfortable. It was unclear what she meant by “we will remember you,” but it came across as unsettling given that I had already explained my situation.

It’s clear that there should be a more respectful way to handle such matters. A more appropriate response would have been, “Okay, great, we look forward to getting your photo next time. Have fun in your class.” This would have demonstrated understanding and professionalism. Instead, the confrontation made me feel like silently leaving the gym was my only option to avoid further embarrassment by being yelled at by a staff member as if I had done something horribly wrong and escalating the confrontation.

Additionally, it is baffling that despite being a member for a month, going to classes, as well as receiving numerous emails and texts from your gym, there was no prior communication about the need for a photo. The lack of consideration for members’ time and the unprofessional behavior exhibited today are unacceptable.

I would appreciate a formal apology for the unprofessional treatment I experienced. This unnecessary escalation over a photo, despite my respectful response, has led me to question the quality of service at your gym. I hope to see a significant improvement in staff training and customer service to prevent such issues in the future.

New administration and customer service is not friendly at all. Aiden a new employee was really disrespectful stating that my son couldn’t be in the Pilates class. I have always seen moms with well-behaved kids in Zumba, yoga and Pilates classes sitting on the corner with their devices. Also Savannah, whom I have never seen before, was the one sending the inexperienced employee whose name is Aiden to do her job. She was really sarcastic and didn’t show any solidarity under this situation. I’m glad before this happened I cancelled my membership here.

Both blond crunch girls do not pay attention to the kids due to their phone in their hands. Way too many kids. Big kids are mix with the babies in the baby area. On the daycare it should be a maximum capacity due to the safety of the kids.

Overall satisfied with this gym. Management is very friendly, anytime I walk in I see them greeting multiple customers at a time. The employees were very informative. They explained every membership from cost to benefits and got me with the best one that fits my budget. Seems very organized & clean. However, I did sign up for kickoff for personal training. Which was a complete waste of my time. 1st time was rescheduled, but ahead of time so I didn’t mind. 2nd time same thing again. 3rd time I was sitting in the parking lot because I had got there 30 mins ahead of schedule and as soon as I was about to walk in I received a text message that the trainer was going to have to cancel. After that I didn’t reschedule due to it happening back to back plus other members had told me they had the same
issues. I wasn’t sure it they lacked personal trainers or they weren’t organized on that end or what the deal was. I Didn’t hear from whoever was ahead of the personal trainers. So I left it alone and didn’t sign up for another kickoff. Only thing I suggest is hiring more personal trainers, or appointing some over personal trainers to keep them organized and to make sure they stick to their kick offs that ppl pay for. Which I’m sure most ppl don’t receive the personal training.

Have tried to cancel my membership from automatically renewing to month to month at a higher rate. Was told to come in person when I called. Was told to come back during the week when I stopped in. Was told I can’t cancel until it renews and upgrades when I came back during the week. Sarah was awesome and able to get this taken care of though.
I have worked for and been a member at many gyms and have felt like Crunch is a franchise only out for money. Be safe and read your contracts if you don’t want to waste money. It’s a good gym for what it is, but it’s about profit and not its members.

En agosto del 2023 me Robaron mi mochila incluyendo mi cartera con 820dlls que traía para unos pagos y llaves de mi troca, toda la investigación arroja que fue su mismo staff, se hizo reporte con la policía, no me mostraron las cámaras su manager se negó a hablar conmigo el staff del cual tengo todos los nombres de los involucrados ( de esa noche 9:45-10:00pm y los que se fueron sumando a partir de la hora del acto) se empezó a burlar de mi, incluso me llamaron a media noche unos días después y en tono burlón (tengo la grabación) me dijeron que “encontraron mi cartera” obvio sin el dinero, me había reservado mis comentarios hasta hoy. Puedo decir que es decepcionante que sucedan cosas así sobre todo la falta de atención a sus miembros por pagar la membresía debería ser mandatorio que puedas ver las cámaras. También debería ser un lugar seguro donde puedas enfocarte solo en tu disciplina sin temor a este tipo de sucesos. Un amigo vio mi mochila días después y vio que nuevamente desapareció esta vez “de la mesa de objetos olvidados”.

Super packed just because it’s cheap. Cleanliness and maintenance are an afterthought here. The majority of employees are visibly annoyed if you have any questions or concerns. They dont explain the down sides to the plans like forcing you into a 4 year contract to get the base plan. Cleaning supplies for equipment are barely restocked. When a machine or piece of equipment goes down, you’d have better luck fixing it yourself then waiting for them to do it.

Great place to get in shape. Best hours are early in the morning from 4am to 7am and late at night from 9PM on. Between those hours the gym gets a little to crowded for me. Great staff reasonable prices. I love it. Fitness classes and trainers available too.

A somewhat neglected place, poor cleaning, bathrooms and showers almost always dirty. As of the date of this note, the sauna has been out of service for two weeks. I asked the person in charge if they were thinking about closing the place because it is so abandoned.

Overall, this is a great place. It is clean, well, staffed, and has good equipment. The only complaint we have is that most people wear headphones and are trying to listen to a podcast or music, and their ambient music is so loud you cannot, that part is quite a bit unpleasant

I love that they have several machines to get in specific workouts and you don’t have to wait on one or two machines to open. That being said come about 4 pm M-F it gets really busy with high school kids. My biggest complaint is that the floors by dumbbells are lifting and when you’re carrying heavy weights it’s a trip hazard. The showers in the men’s locker rooms are usually pretty nasty, I wear shower flip flops to every gym but this one is a must. I like the sauna after a good workout.

Mikeli is one of the most friendliest and helpful employees there . Seeing her face as soon as you walk through the door is the best way to start a workout. Definitely one of the main reasons I come back. On top of everything she does she treats my kids so special they love saying hi and always have to say bye to their favorite person.

I have been using a personal trainer at Crunch for almost a year now. My trainer is Sarah Johnson. She is the best person for me! She keeps me motivated, she is committed to helping me achieve my goals and she works around my schedule. I have seen some exciting results working with Sarah! I actually have increased my training schedule from when I first started. Even if it’s not a training day. She always says hi. Asks me about what I’m planning to do that day. And she points me towards opportunities to take part in a group class that may be happening when I’m in the gym. She also helps by sending me workouts to do on days I don’t have a session. Sarah also helped get me in contact with someone who is helping to help me with meal prep and planning. I have long term goals. And they are more attainable with Sarah’s help!

I had a membership and while the staff was nice and the price was nice, my frustration was with the gym being so busy that you can't hardly weight lift without waiting a while for machines or dumbells. A lot of folks would hog 2-3 sets of dumbells. The other thing to be aware of is the weird maintenance fees and deactivation fees at the beginning of the year. They do a good job explaining the fees, though. Nice equipment, but not worth spending most of your time waiting for machines and dealing with people who lack gym etiquette.

I really love this gym. The price is very affordable, plenty of equipment, staff is great. If they keep a variety in the music and the volume "fair" it is awesome. Good equipment and people. I do honestly like it. Comparable to 24 Hour Fitness in Houston, only no pool or hot tub, but It is Close to 24 Hour Fitness in weights and being able to do anything you want or need to do. Exceeds 24 in Boxing equipment and other training areas. Sauna and Abundant cardio area. Always has available treadmills, bikes and stairs. Always a really great/friendly staff and people from my experience. I really appreciate their effort to make guests happy and successful.

Gym is looking clean after Nubia was hired! She does a great job! Hire more ladies like her. The other guys that were "cleaning" before were not doing a good job and just on their phones. Now it feels good to come to the gym and be clean. The outside still needs to be clean, instead of having so many people in front doing nothing have them clean the parking lot.

My family and I have had memberships at Crunch for many years. Recently, I moved out of state for work and there was not a Crunch nearby, so I called the Odessa facility to cancel my membership. The manager on duty recommended that I suspend my membership for 6 months since I planned to move back to the area around that time. I agreed and suspended. The facility charged my bank for two months after. Today I canceled my memberships because they refused to refund the fees after I suspended because it wasn’t in their system. That’s approximately an indefinite $200 per month payment Crunch won’t be getting from me. If people ask me, I’ll recommend TruFit.

This is a nice gym however they took money out of an account they were not authorized to take on August 11th. I was told the charge was reversed and wouldn’t come out of the account. It was never reversed and of course came out of my account. I have been given excuse after excuse by the manager and there is no way she is going to let you talk to someone else. So here it is August 29th and they still have not returned the money. The manager said she would go above their billing department and figure it out but of course that hasn’t happened either. At this point I’ve had to turn it over to the bank and let them take care of this.😞

It was good in the beginning. It's overcrowded, but I get in where I fit in. There are a lot of machines that don't work. I feel like it was better taken care of a year ago. I am very upset.. the gym is small and it lacks more cable machines to work.. there is only 1 of each type.. and apart from that they have been broken for more than 1 month.. I have the most expensive monthly payment that the gym has and I'm regretting having it.. Please pay more attention to repairing the equipment and have a minimum of 2 machines per type.
