As someone who struggles with social aniexty, the gym have always been a place I’ve been hesistant to attend. Bryan and the CRUZfit family have done an phenomenal job creating a warm, inviting, and non-judgemental atmosphere. Everyone is always so supportive and encouraging during the workouts! Bryan is very knowledgeable in his craft all while making fitness fun. I am very excited about my fitness journey with CRUZfit and I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is contemplating kicking off their fitness journey!
