Aaron is amazing. He works with you for whatever your goals are. If you want to bulk up, he’ll show you how. If you just want to lose weight, he’s got you. I’m so glad I’ve been using Culver Personal Training. If you’re just starting your training, weight loss journey, lifting etc, don’t start blind. It’s easy to use YouTube but it’s also easy to get misinformed. You can trust Aaron because he’s certified and has the clients to show the results.
