If you need someone that is as invested as your health as you are, Laura is the trainer you need. Due to a variety of injuries over a lifetime in addition to a recent diagnosis that has made life more challenging, I've been stuck in the Physical Therapy rut for years. At CustomFitt, your workout plan is honestly customized to your needs. I hate going to group exercise because I have to modify 90% of the workout to accommodate my limitations. But Laura sets up a plan suited to my strengths and needs then adapts the plan on the fly as I provide feedback on what is working and what is not. As a bonus, she's a great person and a great listener and someone you can count on to go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.

I started going to Custom Fit about 3 months ago to regain lower body strength and balance issues. In that short time I am already more flexible and agile and regaining what I had lost. Balance is still an issue, but Mark is working me through it. One of the deciding factors was that it is a one on one workout and not in a room full of people. Laura and Mark are really good at what they do and I look forward to every session.

Laura and Mark are fantastic to work with regarding my personal goals in terms of nutrition, advice, and getting me to the fitness level that I desire. What I also appreciate is being the only one in the room during my session which allows me to focus and train without interruption. Itβs a great place to work out and rehab. Laura and Mark are skilled and committed. I limped in on one leg and they did a thorough analysis and designed personal workouts that restored my mobility, balance, strength and stamina. And they are also really nice people

Laura is awesome! I wanted some specific training to focus on certain areas. She conducting an initial eval and custom-fit an exercise routine for me. Sheβs friendly, funny, and can be a little bit of a drill sargent (in a good way) encouraging you to push through your reps. She usually has only one person at a time in her gym, which is something else that I like. I highly recommend Laura!

When I started training with Laura, I told her I didn't like exercise but if she could make it fun and keep me laughing, I'd come back for the next session. That was 7 years ago. She knows how to push me when I need a shove, she can make adjustments on days various body parts aren't working as they should, she's kept me moving and upright... and most important, she's made me laugh and actually enjoy our sessions. Even during COVID, we did Zoom sessions with me in my "home gym" (living room with limited equipment) and I was able to keep my mobility up and enjoy every session. I'm looking forward to returning to the studio - clean and functioning equipment (unlike some gyms!), one on one instruction, and a fun, comfortable atmosphere.

Several years ago I hired a trainer. You know that early twenties muscle head cross fit types? As the months wore on my back injury was only worsened and when I brought it up he said it was because I wasn't in good enough shape yet. Thousands of dollars in medical bills later I was afraid to find another trainer but I decided to take one last chance and I'm so glad I did.
Laura is an expert when it comes to working with injuries and has been able to create a workout routine for me and she is constantly watching for anything that could aggravate my injury while also taking steps to help me heal it. Plus she's fun to work out with! I highly recommend Custom Fiit.
