A Kickboxing, Personal Training gym. Kickboxing is a full body workout that will get your adrenaline flowing, sweat pouring and feeling accomplished. All training sessions no larger than 2 people per session. All training sessions 60 min.

I've known the owner for several years and highly recommend her services. Sessions are personalized to your physical capabilities while also pushing your limits. Rita (the instructor) keeps the sessions fun, but somehow maintains a level of seriousness that keeps you motivated. Highly recommend if you are seeking something new and/or challenging!

RIta Is a beast! Don't let her size fool you! She is an awesome trainer!!!! Her work outs are funny yet will works every muscle in your body!! I love working out with her whether it be Zumba, kickboxing or anything else she offers!! She also cares about her clients! She came to see me in the hospital when I had surgery to make sure I was ok!!
