My consultation was very relatable, I felt heard I felt extremely comfortable. I was immediately ready to take on my new fitness journey. Cris explained to me what is expected of me and how I can safely and realistically achieve my goals. I expressed my concerns of my weaknesses with my eating habits, she told me she have some of the same challenges and even give in to them. It felt good to know that I’m not alone. My first session was by far a bit challenging (because it’s been years since I’ve been to a trainer) but I was determined to push through. The 5am class has a few ladies that are extremely friendly and it feels like I’m working out with my cousins, no weird stares, no put downs just motivation and positive energy. The facility itself is extremely clean, nice new equipment. No musty sweaty equipment like you find at other places and I love the fact that Cris writes out your work outs every morning on the board, if you forget what you need to do…. No problem look over on the board and get into it. No foul language no yelling, no harsh talking just a loving environment.
Lastly I am a techie so I was super intrigued by the apps that are used to measure my body ha ha it was a reality check with my body fat but it was spot on and just the right amount of motivation I needed to get my butt in gear.

I’ve been going to D&S Fitness for the past 4 weeks and I’m honestly so glad I found this place. The owners/trainers, Chrissy and Ralph, truly care about their clients. Coach Ralph has been my primary trainer, and he always tailors every workout around my leg injury so I can still get a solid, challenging session without hurting myself. I’ve also worked with Coach Chrissy once and she was just as amazing, super supportive and really knowledgeable.
The group training atmosphere is honestly one of my favorite parts. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, no matter your level. It feels like a community, not just a gym.
If you’re looking for trainers who listen, motivate, and know how to push you safely, definitely check out D&S Fitness!

I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are amazing—super knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly motivating. They really take their time to help you understand the workouts and push you to do your best. I enjoy the group workouts because they create such a positive, family-like atmosphere. It feels like a home away from home. I genuinely look forward to coming in, and there’s always something new and exciting every day. I think I’ve finally found the place that keeps me coming back. Can’t wait to see my results!

I start my day with D&S Fitness. I haven't worked out 5x a week in years and I'm loving it. My experience from the consultation to becoming a member has been excellent. No matter what your fitness level is the small group training is great and the ladies are welcoming. I love the way Crissy and Ralph work as a team, dedicating their time and fitness knowledge. They each focus on your personal needs and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. Being able to also get the meals needed to achieve your goal is a plus. Especially if your day is busy and you want to get the right foods.
I highly recommend D&S Fitness. You want be disappointed.

So I became inspired to join D&S Fitness when I saw a friend share her physical results across social media. I have not worked out in over a year due to life challenges, watching my friend’s weight loss journey encouraged me that have no reason to quit on myself in becoming the best version of myself for myself.
So I joined D&S, and so far it’s the best decision I’ve made in my weight journey. The coaches are REAL, encouraging, dedicated to seeing you reach your goals, hold you accountable, challenge your limits while considering the level of fitness you are starting at. They are educated in nutrition and will formulate a customized plan in your nutrition intake that is in alignment with customized trainings and with your fitness goals. They offer workouts in small group sessions with series of interval type trainings. It gives you a sense of a one on one personal training with support of your group members motivating you during each exercise.
Coach Chrissy is a beast in knowing which exercise combinations will achieve results for specific target areas of your body. She pays attention to details in your form, your balance, your strength level, flexibility, and your overall strengths and weaknesses within each exercise.
Her encouragements and the consistency to motivate has built my confidence so, that I dedicate a year to myself to prove to myself, I am worth the transformation and will keep going until I reach my goal.
Coach Chrissy has compassion for her members in that she puts your safety and overall wellness first. I always feel welcomed and at home at D&S!
I recommend D&S Fitness to anyone who wants a huge change and results in their fitness journey while having fun in a family setting. Come out and workout with us, and get ready to get Fine and Fab!!!!

So let me share my experience with you with one of my favorite fitness centers in the Central Texas area so I was looking for a quick very intense workout and I’m gonna have to say that this was definitely five stars across-the-board everything that I expected my personal trainer, Chrissy she was very Direct Very intentional with my goals in mind And I got one of the best workouts that I’ve gotten in a long time. If you guys are looking for a gym Where you will be held accountable you will get a good workout. This is definitely the gym for you. Five stars across the board
I don’t want you guys to take my word for it. I want you guys to check it out for yourself hands down one of the most effective workouts my entire body felt it the next day.

D & S Fitness is how I start my days! Glad I found this gym, because I was looking for something more close-knit and it definitely gives that. At D & S Fitness Crissy & Ralph will get you right! like you will feel the work out, whether thats muscle wise or sweat through your clothes, either way you will feel something NO PAIN NO GAIN! All the ladies in my class are welcoming, respectful and we push each other. Some days we choose to listen to gospel, some days knuck if you buck, and other days the perculator will do! just depends on the vibes lol! 10/10 definitely recommend.

I have tried so many workout programs and this is the ONE if you are really wanting to see RESULTS! Give them 6 months and you will not be the same. They have something for every fitness level.

I highly recommend D&S Fitness 10/10! All fitness levels are welcomed! From my initial consultation to becoming a member, my experience has been amazing. The consultation covered the nutrition plan options, individual personal goals, and their fitness program. D&S is definitely Killeen’s top tier! Their attentiveness to each client during training, as well as their small group coaching environment, has made this journey worth it. It's a great atmosphere every session! The workouts are amazing and the intensity definitely pushes you out of your comfort zone to excel and challenge yourself at new heights. Look no further, this gym is where you need to be! D & S Fitness has been a life changer for me and my family. Coach Chrissy and Coach Ralph are phenomenal individuals. If you are looking for a quick fix D & S Fitness isn't for you. What I love about D & S fitness is the patience and the time put in. At first I had no core strength but now my core has gotten a lot stronger. My children have also been going to the gym. They don't just train you they make sure your form is correct. My son was in a size 50 he is now wearing a size 42. It’s hard as a parent when your child comes to you hurt about the way they look. The cookie cutter gym membership just wasn’t working for me. I tried the one on ones at planet fitness but never had my health concerns addressed.
Finding D & S Fitness has been life changing. I enjoy the one on one hour sessions targeted to the areas of my concern in a small group setting. I struggle with form and staying constant and D&S Give me the extra accountability partner I need it. Coach Chrissy and Ralph are amazing!
This fitness center provides a meal plan & Grocery list, monthly weigh ins , signature prework out and so much more to help you shed pounds gain muscle and stay consistent on your fitness journey

What I love about this facility is, even when you’re not committed the staff is committed on keeping you consistent, which can be hard for people sometimes. If you’re looking for a facility just to lose weight, this might not be the facility for you… But if you’re looking for a facility that helps you not only lose weight, but build confidence and consistency you found the perfect place I would recommend this facility to anyone. It’s absolutely amazing.

I was so excited to find this fitness center. I did not want to go to a gym and be part of 15 or more people in a training session. Working with a personal trainer in a small group met all my requirements. It assured me that I would get the needed attention to achieve my goals.
I love the encouragement and tough love Crissy and Ralph give you during your training sessions to make you push yourself. It's so motivating to have trainers who genuinely care about your overall well-being.
I like the accountability of the monthly weigh-ins and body measurements as well as the nutrional education provided.
I am very pleased with my progress.

Regular gym memberships didn’t get me the results I wanted. Partnering with a personal trainer changed the game in my physical and mental health. This gym offers the option to workout in private sessions, or in a group with my friends. The best part is that you leave with an education about diet, muscle groups, and mixed exercises.
