Great trainer. Love the energy and knowledge Delano brings to help his clients reach their full potential mentally and physically. Great 1 on 1 focused training along with a stretch therapy. A big plus is that there is a nutrition store in the gym where you can get supplements right there. Definitely recommend this gym.

I purchased the Elderberry for my cold symptoms. Took for one day. The next day all my cold symptoms were cleared up.
I'm telling you this Elderberry from D1 performance Center is amazing. Also got the Macro greens for my digestive issues.
No more digestive problems.
Don't even have to take antacids anymore. The high grade vitamins helped me with my BP and Cholesterol issues and lowered my Blood Sugar tremendously. D1 Performance Center thank you for helping me get off all those prescriptions.

Awesome place! Great place to get your vitamins and nutritional products and/or workout! The place is clean with updated fitness equipment and the trainer is really cool. He can point you in the right direction for what is best needed to meet your fitness goals. I love the variety of products and take the women's vitamins and different protein products which include shakes and snack bars that keep me going throughout the day. The workouts have also been a tremendous help on my fitness journey. I look and feel the best I have in years. I will continue to come here for my everyday nutritional products and to get my excersize in.
