D1 was a great way for my son to work on his core strength. He started a new school and is in 8th grade. He is faster and stronger since the beginning of D1. He tried out for Football and Basketball and has made the A team for both sports. Thank you D1 for all your hard work and effort toward making a young man an athlete!!!

I really enjoy the workouts at D1 Alliance! I've been a member since June (when they first opened). It also keeps me motivated to be in a group environment. All the coaches are great and are very helpful and encouraging. I do both group classes and one on one training. I highly recommend joining this gym!

After nine years of strictly strength training, joining D1 has completely changed the way I approach fitness. I’ve been attending the group classes for about three weeks now and have already noticed a significant improvement in my cardiovascular endurance and overall health. The coaches are incredible - motivating, supportive, and they push you past what you think your limits are (in the best way). I highly recommend this location for anyone, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, years into it, or training for sports.

Been going to the adult classes for over a month. Ally is the absolute best! She pushes everyone to challenge themselves every time we train and even takes time to ensure our form is safe and correct. It’s everything you could ask for if you enjoy training like an athlete with a community of people who grind every session to get better!

Was told this was going to be football skills ,but ending up as a strength and conditioning camp witch over priced. Some of the coaches are good ,but the good ones don’t have great times. My son did this for 2 weeks and the total ended up being the same price as our school strength and conditioning and football camp. Overall if you have the money to spend it’s ok.

Great energizing workouts and the coaches are awesome!
I have been a member for a month and already seeing results. I find the workouts classes to be a good balance between strength and cardio. One on ones are also great for personal development/goals.
