I’ve been to a lot of strength-training classes, and no one compares to RP. I can honestly say that RP wholeheartedly cares about his clients’ fitness achievements. I’ve had back issues in the past, and RP is incredibly attentive, he watches every movement to make sure I’m 100% comfortable and safe.
He motivates all of us to strive to become healthier, stronger versions of ourselves. I feel stronger at 49 than I have since I was 30.
Thank you, RP, for dedicating your time and energy to help all of us feel confident lifting weights, because as we age, that’s exactly what we need.

Started at DailyW about a month ago and hands down this is the best fitness trainer experience I’ve had. (Ive done CG, Crossft, Hiit class, gyms, etc). RP is very focused on correct form, function and ability. And if you have joint, ligament, tendon or injuries he is quick to recommend work arounds and never pressure you to “just power through”.
Bonus- the other people here are really kind too.

I’ve been training with RP for about 3(ish) years now, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best in the game! His workouts are always intentional and balanced. We lift Mondays and Thursdays, then hit cardio and high-intensity the rest of the week to keep things fresh. The group he’s built is amazing, too—such a fun, supportive crew of all ages. RP is super passionate and dedicated. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Highly recommend if you’re looking for results and good vibes!

I've been training with RP for over five years now, and he is the best trainer I've ever had. Not only is he incredibly inspirational, but he also takes the time to ensure that my form is correct. This is increasingly important as I get older, since injuries can take their toll and affect my fitness. His smaller classes are fantastic, and you never feel like just another member. I have done personal training with RP for over 3 years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about human kinetics and how to safely train you to get great workouts completed. He has a gorgeous new facility with all new equipment very conveniently located at burnet and 2222. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age or previous experience or lack there of when it comes to weight lifting and other aspects of personal training.

RP is a wonderful person and trainer. We have been working out with him for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and you can tell he really cares. His approach focuses on functionality and form so that you are able to gain strength while avoiding injury. He can personalize training for your changing needs. He helped me stay active and strong throughout my pregnancy and helped me focus on rebuilding core strength postpartum. I find his view of fitness very holistic and realistic. Fitness should be a part of your life so that you are able to enjoy the rest of your life. Not your whole life.
His new space is very inviting. No meat heads or competitive leader boards. Just real people working towards their own goals under expert guidance. You will love it here. I promise!

This is Mike Hutchinson. I have been working out with RP on regular basis since he started about 10 yrs ago. He has helped me so much with my quality of life . I move and feel so much better after our sessions. He is especially helpful to an Old Guy like me. I have watched over the years how has grown into this very knowledgeable caring young man who tailors his work outs to ability of the people he works with. And as you get more in shape he changes the work outs accordingly. I don't think you will find anyone better. He is just getting his own place started. Get in while you can !
