I have known the owners for a long time! You will not find a better duo of people who care about your overall fitness. Chris and Austin are great trainers and really take the time to explain form with new lifters, but also helping coach experienced ones! This is not a bro gym — Just a good people, training and coaching you in whatever stage you’re in. My husband will also be joining the open gym! We’re a Dallas Barbell Fam!

This is a great gym with a supportive environment and knowledgeable trainers who are always willing to help you improve your lifts and get stronger. Being open 24 hours makes it perfect for anyone who likes the flexibility to train at any time. The community here is also welcoming and motivating.

Top of the line strength equipment and a training staff that really knows what they are doing - if you want to learn and apply lifting techniques & programming on how to get really strong, this is the place for you. We need more of these kind of places to replace generic commercial gyms

I've known the coach's for almost a decade and my training took off when I met them and ket them train me. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and a blast to train with. They truly want you to achieve your training goals and if you do what they ask, you will achieve your gym goals. Best in the business when it comes to barbell training. Great gym and great team
