Owner of this place is such a salty and miserable lady, definitely wouldn’t come here if you need to be relaxed or in need of fun! She drains this place to the ground!

So much energy from the instructors & class participants! Music was great too. Instructors don’t have microphones but could hear them well in the space. Loved the class & will be back. They were very welcoming to new participants too. Would like the pace of the moves to be faster & more athletic although it’s a true dance class!

Dallas Dance Fitness is my favorite workout I’ve ever done! I tried it almost three years ago and have been going 4-5 times a week ever since! It’s just the nicest and most fun people, combined with a great physical and mental workout! I absolutely love it!!

An awesome group of ladies who love to dance! I’ve been a member for about 4-5 years and am continually grateful for the kindness, warmth, and amazing energy I receive from them. Alana, our fearless leader, puts so much intention into creating a quality experience for all of us. I love the variety of dance styles and the challenge of learning new choreography. It’s a sweaty good time!

Words cannot describe how much sheer joy these classes and teachers have brought me over the past year and a half. I forgot how wonderful it is to dance and how much happiness it brings me! While there are a lot of former drill team/dance teamers, a newbie can totally get an awesome workout and do fine, especially after you attend a few times!!
No matter what your level of experience, I promise an extraordinary cardio workout to great music and the most phenomenal group of teachers and ladies dancing alongside you. I’ve never met a more welcoming and genuinely kind community. Try it once for free! I’m sure you’ll want to come back for more!!

Best dance fitness workout in town! Classes are available every week day. Convenient location. I love the mix of hip hop, jazz and other styles - the music is always great, and it’s a very friendly group. All experience levels are welcome. It’s my favorite way to get my cardio in, and there’s a fun shot of new choreography each month to keep things fresh and interesting.
