I took my 2-year-old daughter to a trial class and the person was unprofessional for my daughter to stay alone in the class and just closed the door on me. i can treat this as racism oh unprofessionalism. it was a trial class.

Dancer Strong is such an amazing studio. My child has learned so much from technique to discipline and grace. She loves all the instructors and the owners are amazing. Atmosphere Js family friendly and we love it here. Definitely feels like family.

I moved to TX in 2014 and tried to find a good studio for my kids and I failed to find one. Each studio was one disappointment after another until we came to Dancer Strong!! LOVE 💕 LOVE this studio, their teachers and my dance family!! This is my 3rd year and we are going to be around for a long haul. And their productions are unbelievable!! Highly recommend this studio!!

Dont trust them! They keep your card information on file without approval! We went one month and 2 months later they randomly charged my card more than it was for even a months worth of service! Then they dont answer your calls to find out why they took your money! I'm filing legal charges through my bank! They have random parents to teach kids when I can do that from home for free!

There really is no better dance studio in the metroplex. Teachers that just know how to teach, and they care about the students. Emphasis is placed on giving dancers a solid foundation and expecting them to work hard. We are proud to be a part of the Dancer Strong family!

My daughters take jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, leaps&turns, and one is also a part of the company/competitive team. Not only do I love everything about DS, but I am simply amazed at how much my kids have learned in the past 2 years. The staff is friendly and everyone there is very welcoming. I am blessed to have found a place so full of talented people.

Fantastic studio that really focuses on the development of the students. My daughter has been attending classes for almost two years now and I am amazed at her growth. I am so impressed with how well the teachers have developed her technique as well as her strength and grace. My daughter has been dancing with Dancer Strong Academy for a year. She was there when they opened up. She has been dancing with Carla Mullendore for seven years. In the one year that my daughter has been dancing here, she as improved 100 fold or more! The teachers here are the most professional we have ever had the privilege to work with in the McKinney and surrounding areas. You will NOT find a better dance studio then DSA. They have the dancer’s best interest in mind. The teachers here care about the dancer’s health, technique, and welfare. My daughter has been dancing for 14 years now. I KNOW what to look for in a dance studio and teachers….DANCER STRONG HAS IT ALL!!!
For those older dancers looking for a place to drop in and take a class when you can, this is it. You can purchase a card for a set number of classes and show up to class when you can. No need to purchase monthly and then not be able to come at times and have to pay anyway.
Your dancer wants to be on Broadway….GO HERE!!! They know what is expected.
They have guest teachers teaching a master class occasionally. EVERY teacher and advanced dancer should attend these.

My daughter Katelyn is only four, so my experience with the studio is limited. However we have tried classes with other teachers at other facilities and this has been the best experience for her, hands down. After taking a trial class at the studio she came out smiling and happy and said she had a wonderful time. She looks forward to class each week. They have a huge variety of classes, even adult dance and fitness offerings. We even talked my almost 7 year old boy into trying the strength & conditioning class. He was reluctant but wanted to join after taking the trial class and loving it. He too looks forward to the class each week! Competitive pricing!

I love this studio! They offer a good selection of classes for adults at convenient times too. The Lyrical class with Brynne is so much fun, but definitely gives you a challenge. I definitely recommend signing up for a class - whatever style fits your personality (Lyrical FTW)!

Having been to multiple studios over the years, I speak from experience when I say that Dancer Strong Academy is OUTSTANDING! They have a friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff and the teachers are remarkable. When you or your kids are beginners or have been dancing for years, the education and focus that is provided is second to none. Dancer Strong Academy's approach emphasizes technique as well as choreography and over the past year, my kids have learned more than they have in the past 3 years that they've been dancing. I feel truly graced to have found Dancer Strong!
