Danielle is a fantastic trainer. I originally chose her because I didn't want to just learn to workout, but because I had quite a few issues I need to work out (Past injuries, etc). Not only have all of my past injuries completely cleared up, but I've made more progress in the gym than I had for years before this.

I started training with Danielle so I could better understand how to workout correctly and effectively. To say I’ve achieved those with her is an understatement. I am significantly stronger and more confident not only in my body but in my ability to train in the gym. She is incredibly competent and mindful. Danielle is an awesome trainer! She will enthusiastically cheer you on your progress and nudge you when you need the encouragement. She is very knowledgeable, focused, and attentive to detail. She will integrate her knowledge of the body, nutrition, and therapy into your program to personalize it to your needs. I have worked with several trainers over the past few years and she is the best one. Unfortunately, I won’t be working with her any longer as I just moved out of state. I will truly miss her. Danielle is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. I was desperate to find a rehab trainer for chronic tarsal tunnel in my left foot after a long distance hiking injury. Danielle assessed my injury and worked up a comprehensive plan which would accomplish my fitness goals, and get me back on the trail. After just eight weeks, my pain is almost gone, I am stronger in both body and mind, and ready to hike again. Danielle’s physio knowledge is first rate, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to rehab an injury, get stronger and more fit, and learn proper form and technique in the gym. Started training with Danielle since Spring 2021. She is the absolute best. She changes the workout routine every month so that you can keep challenging yourself. She is very knowledgeable and set me up with my daily macro nutrients requirements when I started. As I progressed and my goals changed, she adjusted the macros and would have me track it on MyFitnessPal (she would check my macros every week to keep me accountable too). Her techniques are on point and she always focuses on getting the workout form right before moving to heavier weights. Highly recommended.

Seriously hands down the best trainer you'll ever work with! Her in-depth knowledge and expertise in anatomy, nutrition, and physical training is seriously beyond impressive! She combined all three to tailor my needs and helped me reach my goal. In every workout, she made sure my tempo and posture were accurate so that we target the intended area and avoid any injuries. She introduced some easy stretches for me to do every day. I kid you not, by my next session the pain was relieved. Literally the best trainer out there. I told her my goals (I wanted to be less...rotund) and she immediately told me what I needed to do and how to get there. She’s willing to educate you through each workout, each move - and, she will even break it down as to why you’re doing it. I’ve seen too many people do things that didn’t make sense, and with Danielle you’ll sift through the BS and get straight to it. By the way, this was done during COVID lockdowns! I couldn’t be happier. And, yes, I still use her as my trainer.
