I have been training with Kat for over a year now. She is the best and I am so happy she will continue to be my trainer. I have been working out with Dark Wolf Fitness since 2019 and at 54 years old I’m in the best shape of my life! With Jon as your coach, he pushes you to be the best version of yourself, but not so hard that you injure yourself! His guidance has allowed me to gain lean muscle mass and keep off the fat weight because of it! And the consistency in workouts in my schedule keeps me accountable to the pack (what we call our group) and to myself. If I don’t show up, I will be called out – ha ha! I would recommend this for anyone from beginners to advanced! You can work out on live Zoom, with recorded videos, in person at group coaching, or one on one! Good clean, consistent workouts. That’s all anyone ever needs! Along with an insanely supportive group and coach. 💪❤️👍

The clientele (aka The Pack) are all supportive, hold each other accountable, and make working out FUN... even when you don't want to be there. Options for private training is also a plus! Superior training program with AMAZING coaches!! JJ provides diverse workouts that always challenge you without being unachievable. He modifies each workout based on the personal needs of his clients. I am recuperating from rupturing my plantar fascia and he has helped me to recover and build strength. He is a genuine coach who makes an effort to build a connection with each client and always checks in to make sure you are meeting your personal goals.

JJ provides Zoom meeting workouts & recordings of the workouts for those that can't make it in person. This had helped me stay accountable, as my schedule varies week to week. Even on Zoom, you feel like you're there with the Pack and just as involved. The Pack is an awesome support system that pushes you to be your personal best and achieve your goals.

You will see results! I am so thankful to be back with the Pack and pain free with my foot!

I have experienced the most results with the Dark Wolf Fitness workout philosophy. Maximum gains in strength with simple functional exercise. Jon keeps the program rotating through phases focusing on Strength, Endurance, Power, Performance. Several locations are available for in person training, as well as a ZOOM option. And the workouts are video taped so you can access them and workout when convenient for you. There are lots of options out there. You owe it to yourself to give Dark Wolf Fitness a try.

The biggest thing Jon helped me understand with his program is that less can be more. I spent so much energy and time in previous years thinking 5-6x a week of working out was the key, and all it did was lead to burnout or get me discouraged if I had an off week where I missed a day or few. Learning that 3x a week can be enough was enlightening and encouraging. He’s excellent at showing mobility stretches to improve performance and well being overall. The pace of his strength training programs is excellent that you feel very accomplished after just 30-40 minutes of lifting. The diversity of exercises month to month keeps you engaged and motivated. To top it all off, the ability to live stream or watch recordings of the workouts at your convenience is a life saver for those of us in different cities and time zones. Not to mention he keeps the mood positive, loose and vibrant during class.

I’ve since moved on to my own routine, but it’s inspired by the DWF program. I’ve gone from 230+ to 205 lbs in a year thanks to Jon, and his simplified tips on nutrition, strength training, sleep and mobility stretches deserve all the credit in the world. I’d recommend anyone to try his program.
