Dom is a great trainer, I did the shredtember challenge with him this month. I learned to incorporate more cardio into my routine which has assisted me in seeing great changes in my Physique as well as my endurance. 💪🏼🔥

Went to work out for the first time here and it was a positive experience. The work out is hard but in the best ways. The coaches are encouraging through out the work out and help enough to get you through it all. They have a sauna that you can relax in afterwards. Check them out !

I love the workouts! It feels like if I am being trained by three personal Trainers. The workouts are intense but fun at the same time. The coaches push you to Challenge yourself with more weights to get the result that you want. Every time I’m done I feel accomplished and every morning I feel so motivated to come back. I also love that the workouts are different throughout the week, Focusing on a different area of the body each day!

I started my fitness journey with dom last year. In 2 month I lost 20lbs. When life got in the way I wasn’t able to go for a few months. Dom continuously check in on me. Never gave up on me. He reminded me how important my health and fitness goals were. He did all of this because he cared.Now I’m back training with him again and I’m ready for my biggest transformation this year. I've attended DAF's morning bootcamps for almost a year now. Through Dom's program I've lost weight and gained muscle, overall reducing my body fat percentage. More than this, I've gained confidence in my own ability, which has translated into confidence at work and in school too.
Before this, I knew I wanted a more active lifestyle but didn't where to start or what to do. Dom provides quality training based on results. In his bootcamps, he's created a challenging but friendly atmosphere. I've easily connected and made friends with others who are also pushing towards their fitness goals. I have been an online client since November 2022. I am beyond satisfied with with my fitness program and coach. My online coach is the best for three reasons. Firstly, he provide personalized workout plans tailored to my specific goals and needs. For example, when I mentioned my desire to improve my hamstrings he created a program that focused on my hamstrings and glutes and proved detailed videos on how to properly preform the exercises. Secondly, he check-ins regularly and provides support to keep me motivated and accountable. He sends encouraging messages and provide guidance whenever I have questions or concerns.

I’ve been going to DAF boot camps for over 2 months now and I’m loving it! I’ve lost over 20lbs, I have more energy throughout the day, I’ve increased my strength and endurance, and I’ve made some amazing new friends.
What makes the program even more amazing is that it offers so much in terms of quality coaching and training guidance for the price you pay.
