Define is a private strength training studio designed to help women over 30 build strength using Lagree machines, form-focused weight lifting, and an emphasis on core & flexibility building exercises. We are private offering one-on-one sessions and semi-private sessions for up to 4 people. No fads, no trends, no big classes or gyms you get lost in. We are here to work and strengthen under the guidance of an expert trainer to help give you the most effective strength training regimen specified to your fitness level and needs.

The name speaks for itself ! It defines your strength,confidence and ability to reach for more ! I absolutely love going to this all women gym. The owner Reshoo and her team Gia and Val are wonderful. They make sure you get the form right during workouts :)
For me, the happiness and sense of strength I get from going here balance out the equation of cost and commute!

A fantastic place that redefines fitness. Small group sessions blend core, lagree, strength, & flexibility for an efficient, & challenging workout. The trainers - Reshoo, Valentina, & Gia - are incredible. They read your energy, push you wisely & always find a way to get that extra mile out of you.

I LOVE being here every morning. I like that it is a semi private setting and small class size. Trainers are awesome. It has good mix of core , Lagree and weight exercises and focuses on stretching too. I did CrossFit for 6 years and am very happy and thankful to make the switch. I love the Sunday morning core and stretch class with Reshu. She is just the best.

If you have gone from gym to gym - your search is over! Reesho has personally curated a space she calls Define- a safe space where you get to define who you are through fitness and in a supportive community with the very best personal trainers that challenge you to be the best version of yourself.
Define is one of the best investments you will ever make in yourself. Over the last 6 months I’ve marveled at the strength I’ve built, how my shape has changed and the pounds that are melting off.
I face a multitude of health obstacles so for me what I have been able to achieve here is remarkable- no other gym in the last 2 years has been able to help me achieve these results and it’s only the beginning of my journey here. Reesho, Gia and Valentina are supportive, encouraging and pivot my training when my body doesn’t align with my will to train hard- their passion for what they do shines through they really care about your wellness and you as a person. They say the 3rd time is a charm- it has taken me several attempts to find the right place where I can thrive and call home. Best decision I’ve made this year!

Have been training with define for the last 6 months and I absolutely enjoy the 'experience'
Have tried different forms of workouts in the past (including strength) but realize that strength training is THE most important form at this age for me. Thank god, I am back on track with Define.
Reshoo and Gia are so committed, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It certainly takes time to get comfortable with Lagree machine that they use, but provides for a variation in exercises which makes it fun too..
I love the ambience, warm feel and well maintained studio when I walk in.. Typically get to work out in a semi private mode (with anywhere between 2-5 other women) which provides for enough attention they need to provide for each member.
Reshoo has been particularly flexible in managing my class passes, given my travel schedule too..

Ladies — if you’re not training with Reshoo, what are you doing? I’ve danced my entire life. Done yoga. Spin. The whole boutique fitness industry gamut. It’s often hard to find somewhere you actually feel comfortable. Where you don’t feel judged and there are women with ALL different body types. Enter Define. The mix of Lagree and strength training is next level. If you’ve never done Lagree, you better buckle up — bc your body will transform in amazing ways! Reshoo and her head trainer Gia are amazing. I have an autonomic nervous system disorder that has developed over the past decade and can routinely make me dizzy if I make any crazy sudden moves. They’ve teamed up so well to determine what works for me. I love that this is NOT some ridiculously insane boot camp that has zero emphasis on form and is only about AMRAP. Yeah, no thanks. While intense, the workouts at Define are practical! I love it here and even though I don’t always look forward to my workouts (we all have those moments), I’m always glad that I show up and put the effort in.

As a woman over 40, it can be nerve-wracking getting back into working out after a hiatus. Define was exactly what I needed to help ease my anxiety...working out with like-minded women who have a common goal of getting stronger and healthier. I have been working out with Reshoo at Define Private Training for six months and feel stronger than ever! I have lost 12 pounds, including over 3% of body fat, while gaining over 3% muscle. Working out on a lagree machine is the hardest and most rewarding workout ever. Reshoo ensures that proper form is always followed to reduce the chance of injury and modifies workouts when needed. Finding Define Private Training has been the workout that I have been looking for! As I get older the body changes and Reshoo understands what is needed to stay strong, be fit and stay motivated. I have been consistently coming to her classes and can see the difference and the results. I have not seen this kind of results with other workouts I have done in the past. This is all because of Reshoo and her experience and knowledge when it comes to training her clients and providing them with continued motivation. Meeting the other women clients has been inspiring as she has created this safe haven to work out, feel good about yourself and have fun! As a woman over 35, it can be challenging to find a fitness studio you can "fit in" and ACTUALLY gain strength. No gimmicks, no fad/trend work outs, but just REAL results. This is THE Place. The classes are great already but I love the private training even more! Reshoo takes every effort to fully personalize the sessions to my ability and goals in mind. Highly recommend!!

I'm so glad there's a Lagree studio so close to home in Frisco. Lagree is a fun and super challenging work out that is similar to Pilates but harder! Fifty minutes goes by fast. Reshoo is the owner and instructor who is very knowledgeable and encouraging. The weight lifting component has also been a game changer for me. I have not been consistent with lifting since my mid 30s but I know it's important as we age to maintain muscle mass. Having someone else hold me accountable and tell me what to do helps me get it done. I can tell my arms and core are stronger and more defined since I've started. I can't wait to see what the future holds as I continue my Lagree journey!

This was yet another attempt for me to get into workout habit . Have now turned one month where the motivation to stick to it and come every other day is thanks to Reshoo’s coaching and the variety of the workouts . I ve never been some one who enjoyed the gym or any of the classes I ve tried , and I have tried tons . But after a baby i was ready to work on myself when I came across Define .
This studio is a personal strength training studio that focuses on strength training and lagree fitness for women . Reshoo the trainer and owner is a wonderful coach and a certified lagree instructor .
I like how the classes are small and reshoo is able to work with you on the correct form and posture while also motivating and pushing you to be your best !
I truly enjoy working out with her and all the wonderful ladies that walk in there. This place motivates me daily and makes me feel like I belong .

Define private training is a step above when it comes to training. This one on one training maximizes every movement and owner and trainer has such care with ensuring form to perfection. In just a few sessions, I can see the improvement in how my body holds itself up. Reshoo, truly understands the body and its mechanics. I’ve trained with at least 8 trainers in my adult life and she is for sure in the top 2 Very impressive and a true professional.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Reshoo and Define. We provided their high Fidelity Soundsystem. Reshoo clearly wants the best for her guests and was extremely professional with us. Her studio is beautiful and her equipment is state of the art.

This is an amazing, personalized training experience focused on women. The owner, Reshoo, is a certified Lagree instructor and if you haven't done Lagree - it's a game changer for your fitness and toning. She's also certified Bar Method instructor, so she knows the importance of low-impact strength training and how effective it is. If you’re a woman over 30, looking for a new place to work out, Define Private Training is for you! Great combination of weights, machines, core work and Lagree (if you’re not familiar go look it up). This place has all you need for for a low impact but high intensity workout (just what many women need). You can choose individual training or “semi-private” which is basically a very small class (up to 4 people). Reshoo is so encouraging and a great coach! Come check it out!
