This gym is great, I've been coming here for months. They have some pretty unique machines as in the back extension cable machine, plate loaded lateral raise machine, and 3 squat racks. They have so much more but the price is fantastic for a warehouse gym, the big fans are very useful with the massive open garage doors for fresh air and the best for last, this Gym doesn't get packed no matter the time. Only 3 negatives. I hate the music options, I'm fine with most genres, but Pop is not a great warehouse gym vibe. The incline bench and pec deck are awkward to use. The bench has a random 4 inch gap close to the lower back and I hate it. The pec deck is very wide, usually you can bring the arms closer or further away but they are set in a far away position.

I like how this gym is small and not commercial, however I got the 24 hour pass because I work late, and there’s no air conditioning in the gym. It’s so humid I can barely breathe, not sure if this 24 hour gym will work for me. The fan is just blowing around humid hot air.

The best part about this gym is the owner. She is also the reason this place is getting rated a 5. Additionally, the gym is more than spacious enough to host all of its members. It would be a miracle if you had to wait for a machine or interrupt your workout because everything is being occupied. None of that LA fitness nonsense that you would typically get at a mainstream gym franchise. Yes, the equipment is a bit older, but there is an extensive selection of gym equipment, including things you wouldn't normally get at, say, an LA fitness. Overall, solid value l, and there is a memeship option to attain 24hr unrestricted access to the gym that will cost you $35 a month

Not enough weights and bars, even when the gym isn't packed people ask to use my bar as I'm in the middle of my set. Missing dumbbells, mismatched plates. This gym is not worth the $30 a month.

I don’t live in Houston, so when I visit I like to go to the gym. This place has probably the least profesional customer service. The person that answers goes “ hello? What?” I don’t know if I’m calling McDonald’s, the wrong number, or my grandma. The person that answered accused me of not being professional for messaging them on their number the night before. THE number I GOT FROM GOOGLE. I pushed through that and went anyway. There was a shirtless guy using all the machines with his friends, just great during Covid 19. The gym itself is pretty okay, a little dirty.

This is an excellent gym to workout at. It is a mom and pop style gym with plenty of good equipment and a clean bathroom. With friendly and knowledgeable owners, you can’t go wrong spending your time getting fit here.
