This place has changed my life! I started 3 and a half years ago and have been going consistently ever since. The environment and encouragement provided here is unparalleled. They care for your physical and emotional well-being and provide support in all aspects. After many life altering personal events the gym was my escape. Coming to delta made it possible for me to cope with my everyday stressors. And of course it has made me stronger. Love coach Sue, Lauren, Dee, Tiffany and September! Definitely would recommended it!

The convenience is unbeatable for me. A 5:15 am workout eliminates the need to do so after work and lengthens my evening. Coach Sue who encourage you to push yourself harder every day and willing to help when you have a question. Great group of ladies that help each-other stay motivated.
I would highly recommend to anyone that's "READY" to transform there body!

This gym is not a fraud. They have a 30 day advance notice cancellation rule. No big deal, just go in and sign a paper, I've done it before. I love coming here because the work outs are fun and intense. I can only come in 2x per week, I'm so sore the following day after my work out that I can't keep up with coming in for more than that. But, even in those two days, its been a month since I've joined and I can feel a difference in my endurance and my arms, abs and legs are getting toned. I hate the gym, to me its boring. But these classes are fun and the trainers are super cool and encouraging.

****BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!The is the Biggest Fraud in Fort Bend County !! I went for the trial, was given the sales pitch that you could cancel at anytime if you decided it wasnβt for you... I NEVER ATTENDED ONE CLASS!!! I discovered through my Dr, I have some health concerns and He would rather I wait for my health to improve before starting this type of workout....... I explained that to their rep and was told it takes 30 Days!!! to cancel and I would STILL BE CHARGED!!! Even though I NEVER ATTENDED ONE SESSION!!!I requested to speak with the owner and she has YET to respond!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!!

I participated in the 6 week session for $44 a week. PROs: The other ladies who joined were nice, the gym adequate & the routines sufficient for short term. We have different bodies with different needs and different goals. For instance, at my other gym, I do not do heavy squats. At Delta, the squats are constant. CONs: Once I submitted my 30 days cancelation notice, the girl Krista who sold me the sessions had a foul attitude and stop speaking when I arrived. How dumb. I could have referred someone else or signed up again later. In addition, once I submitted a cancelation notice, the trainer named September became extremely creepy, lingering near me, insisting at week 5 and 6 that suddenly my form, speed and effort were incorrect. Firstly, she did not pay my membership fees, so she should know her role as a trainer--suggest, motivate and move on. 2ndly, my other gym instructor ALWAYS AUTOMATICALLY offers a modified verison of an exercise and advises to take water breaks as needed, as a trainer cannot know the physical background of the participants. That does not happen at Delta. Why? 3rdly, at Delta, you sign a release of responsibility if you get injured. As such, and based on all of the above, I simply ignored September when she spoke to me. Also, the support system was joining a facebook group, and I received a postcard. The meal plan, you can find online. RenΓ©e M.

Awesome group of ladies! I learned a lot, had a great time. Could not afford the cost of continuous membership though, especially since I have free gym access elsewhere. I would recommend them.

Soooooooo....I signed up for the challenge last Thursday that started yesterday. Well I quickly learned that I actually wont be able to make it to the gym like I thought and texted one of the reps that next day, which was Friday, that I wanted to cancel my membership. I had already paid 44 dollars because I wanted to use the facility before the 6 week challenge but never got a chance. They told me i couldn't cancel by text, which is understandable, and to come and talk to them. So, I came Monday to cancel the plan. Keep in mind at no point did i use the facility or start the challenge. So, when I talked to the rep she told me she would think I can get my money back since I never started the challenge, which i wasnt looking to get the 44 dollars back. I just didn't want them to charge me anymore money since I wasnt going to have time to complete the challenge. She told me to read and sign a document that pretty much said you are responsible to pay for 30 days after your cancellation. I'm like why when I never started the challenge and already paid you all 44 dollars. She said she would contact someone to see if I would have to pay for 30 days and call me back. So, i cancelled the plan and left. The rep then called me back and said I would still have to pay for 30 days even though I never started the challenge or used the facility. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. First you all are advertising this "Free" six week challenge that IS NOT FREE. You want people to shell out 500 dollars, which might get returned to them at the end of the 6 weeks, knowing that most people dont just have 500 dollars to give. So you rely on people to pay the 44 dollars a week. That's straight false advertising tactics. I had all intentions of coming back to the gym once my schedule was a bit less packed since everyone was nice, but not now. I do not and will not pay for 30 extra days. SORRY NOT SORRY. Plus they keep deleting all of my post and review. They are terrible

I have worked out at several local gyms - 24 Hours, LA Fitness, Title Boxing, and even cross-fit. I love these gyms and am an athletic person. Delta has been a horrible experience. I was bombarded with text messages daily. The face book posting I responded to said that they were looking for a group of females for a FREE weight loss plan - workouts and nutrition included. When I arrived to the meeting, I was told that I was getting a special introductory rate of $88 per month and the nutrition was a sheet of paper I could have found on Pinterest. After further research, this rate is not "special" and there was nothing free about the offer. I signed up which was a mistake. Due to health reasons I could not attend class. I was fine with being charged for the six week period. I was charged after the six weeks and when I called to explain I was treated horribly. I was asked to send a body selfie of my transformation! I was not asked why I had only made it to one class. I rightly got upset, and Krista emailed me that if I posted a negative review they would "absolutely refuse to refund me" for the extra month. If you are looking for a warm friendly face then this gym is not it. Horrible business practices!

Post child birth, the 6 week challenge was exactly what we needed to get back into the groove of things. Great workouts. Great coaches. Good environment. I couldnt join after the challenge was over as its a little expensive but could see myself dropping in for a good sweat every now and then:) about 10lbs down and 5% BF goal reached! As with all gyms, do the work and youll see the results!!

I signed up for the βfreeβ (not even close to free, Iβll explain) DLF 6-week challenge. You go in, talk to Krista (owner) or whoever is there signing people up and you go over your goals and she tells you their plan includes meal plans, accountability coaching and group workouts then gives a quick tour of the gym. I felt pressure to sign up, as I was told there were only 2 spots left for the last challenge. (This isnβt true, Iβve seen advertisements for the same βfreeβ 6-week challenge I signed up from) I called my husband and had him approve the amount you have to pay to sign up for the free challenge - $400! WOAH. I came in for free and left spending $400 with no time to really ponder on this idea/choice. On top of this, they require you leave a positive review to get your money back at the end of 6 weeks as well as tag your workouts on social media. They have you come back for an orientation to do photos and measurements of your body. Itβs at that time youβll be given a meal plan based on your body weight(not original to their program, I found the exact one online, more on that later). Then your challenge begins. The classes were amazing! They challenge you and the women encourage each other throughout the class. I was worried at first that it would be a little clique-y but it wasnβt bad at all plus Lauren and Sue are great at explaining and encouraging! I loved the classes. I followed the diet completely and felt like all I did was work, eat and sleep. I lost 8 pounds in 6-weeks. I was told if I follow the diet 100% and come to class 3x/week I could lose the required 20 pounds or 5% body fat to get my money returned to me. This obviously did not happen. The original meal plan they gave was only for 28 days and was not intended for a 6-week period, despite them altering the meal plan to say its a 6-week challenge instead of a 28-day CrossFit gym challenge. The business side of things was very shady and the challenge is not even close to free unless you jump through hoops to get your money back AFTER youβve lost 20+ pounds or 5% body fat. I NEVER RECIEVED an accountability partner, as was stated. My friend, whom served as an accountability partner because we met during orientation, asked who the accountability partner is and was told itβs the coach during class. However we both recall being told we would get text messages (neither of us did). They offered to break up the $400 over a year to take $33/month off of the price of a membership but I refuse to continue supporting something that was so misleading despite the great workouts. Sign up for a regular membership not the challenge if this is something you love so you know youβre committing to just a month at a time at around $169/month for unlimited workouts instead of killing yourself and spending $400 trying to lose weight so quickly.

I really enjoyed my six weeks challenge. Yes, enjoyed!!!!! Everyone was friendly and motivating. Not only the amazing trainers but the ladies who worked out with me. They pushed me to make sure I reach my goal, and I'm very grateful they did. I hate I have to move to Dallas for awhile but when time permits I will be back!!!!! It felt like working out with family every time I went. Not to mention, I LOVE THE WAY MY BODY LOOKS!!!!!

Great work out. Unfortunately they make it very difficult to cancel. I gave written cancellation notice 30 days prior and was instructed to sign something in the office for the cancellation to be effective. They didnt tell me that the document had to be signed 30 days before as well. Now I have had to pay a VERY expensive gym membership for an extra 2 months when I couldn't even attend due to a change in schedule.

The best part about DLF is that every day it's a new workout, new format and it's always challenging. Coach Sue is amazing and she gives personal attention and advice to each and every member. If she sees you plateauing, she will give you a tougher version of the same workout. Throughout the 30 minute workout she goes around the room, correcting the form and motivating the ladies.
Everyone is very supportive, it's fun to workout together. DLF encourages a healthy lifestyle, not an unrealistic body expectation.

I am so happy I joined Delta Life Fitness instead of other gyms. I already see results and with the motivation and support they give you here, I wouldn't see myself anywhere else. I will definetely continue my membership with Delta. The first moment I walked in and worked out I was like wow. Plus they have a supervised kid's area which is a huge help for me !!! ( i have 3) Thank you Delta their staff and coaches. Highly recommend this place!! β€β€β€β€

I started coming to DLF in Jan 2016 and love it. I like that it's women's only and it's an encouraging environment. If you put in the work the rewards you receive are tenfold. All levels are welcome and there's 6-7 classes most weekdays which makes it flexible.

Amazing fitness center! From the fabulous, attentive coaches to the fabulous ladies who attend, it feels like family. I don't regret a single day that I go and regret all the days I don't. There are women of every size, shape, age and race here and I don't think anyone feels like they don't fit it in or that the workout is more than they can handle. If you're trying to lose weight, as long as you come consistently and eat right, you will! If you're trying to live a healthy lifestyle and build muscle, you will! And if you just want a place to come hang out with some awesome ladies and coaches, you definitely will!

I joined Delta Life Fitness the first week of the year after a friend referred me. From the time I stepped foot into Delta Life Fitness, I felt welcome and encouraged. I love all the support and motivation from all the ladies, no one is ever judging you but instead we cheer each other. The days that I don't attend I miss the ladies from the gym. Most important, in just a few months, I am stronger, I am happier, and me and my entire family are more active. Looking forward to continue to achieve my goal. Team Delta!!

I've been a member here since a week after they opened in January 2016. I absolutely love it! The workouts are a perfect combination of strength training and high intensity interval training and with the trainer's modifications, people of ANY fitness level can go at their own pace and improve their fitness. All you have to do is SHOW UP! The women's only aspect is uplifting, unintimidating, and I have made some amazing friendships here over the last year. They are a one stop shop with excellent nutrition counseling, menus, shopping lists, delicious prepped meals, and even regular nutrition and fitness seminars to help you get every aspect of a healthy lifestyle in check. Having childcare is also a TREMENDOUS help, and this sets them apart from most boot camps and boutique gyms geared towards women. With my husband's and my busy schedules, I wouldn't be able to get my workout in daily without it!
