Started training with Natasha about 6 weeks ago to rehab my knee after surgery. Natasha is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. After struggling to recover after knee replacement for several months, I have made great progress after starting to work with Natasha. I highly recommend her if you are considering a personal trainer.

I’ve worked with some excellent personal trainers over the years, but then I started training with Natasha and discovered what excellence really is - and no, she did not pay me to say that.

From the very first session, I noticed a distinct difference between Natasha and other trainers, namely her extensive knowledge of physiology as related to physical fitness. No trainer I've ever met has the depth of knowledge Natasha has. I've since discovered that many personal trainers only have the basic level of certification and that there are a lot of crappy certification programs out there. However, Natasha studied with the The National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is one of the country’s leading programs to certify personal trainers and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.

Not only is Natasha certified through NASM, she has their top tier certifications. She holds NASM certifications in Advanced Personal Training, Active Aging Certificaiton and NASM CEC Certificate, Primary Yoga Certification and NASM CEC Certificate, and Nutrition Certification, so she knows precisely how to help you achieve your goals, and how to do it safely.

And she has been a personal trainer for over a decade.

Here is an example of why all that education and experience is so important: when I started training with her, I mentioned that I was excited to do deadlifts. Decades ago, I lifted weights for a bit in high school and enjoyed doing deadlifts. She said I will be doing deadlifts, but not just yet because I need to build up strength in my shoulders first. This simple example shows that, first, Natasha has her clients’ safety as her top priority. Second, she knows that a client’s weakest muscles need to be targeted and developed because proper strength training is not a generalized “upper body day” or “leg day." Third, she pays attention to her clients and recognized that my shoulders were weak. And forth, she knew that the deadlift required strong shoulders before it can be safely done. I have never had a personal trainer that thorough and knowledgeable before.

Oh. And she also has a background in MMA, Judo, and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which she can incorporate into your workout. Or she can just kick your butt if you're not working hard enough. Your choice.

If all that wasn’t enough to convince you she is the best personal trainer around, add the fact that she is compassionate yet challenging, and knows when and how to push you.

I’ll admit it - I’m lazy. I hate going to the gym and have never worked out with any regularity. That has changed since I started training with Natasha. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy working out now and look forward to going to the gym.

Natasha is hands down the best trainer I've ever trained with, both from a fitness and nutrition perspective and also an MMA and self defense perspective. If you're a man and you're unsure if you want to work with a woman trainer, don't be a fool. They don't get any better than Natasha. She is my personal trainer and she always has a well thought out fitness plan for the the short-term and the long-term. I am a very technical person and must understand the "how" and the "why" and she always explains things clearly and completely.

Fitness model and former KGB operative Natasha Devos is attempting to turn flabby mommies and grannies into Herculean Wonder Women. Her small, but well equipped gym has any number of torture… I mean EXERCISE devices to sculpt, tone and target the idle residents of Tomball/Magnolia. She has spent years learning the specifics of fitness, emphasizing strength with safety. While her efforts have certainly paid off on her impressive physique, she isn’t one to sport a tiny leotard and cropped top. She’d rather show you her impressive biceps and encourage you to try and lift your 2 pound weight a few more times. You leave less intimidated, and more empowered. (Speaking from experience). As with any fitness regimen, you will get out of training with Natasha much of what you put into it, but she has the knowledge and enthusiasm to encourage you to continue. Also, you don’t realllly want to give any lip to Natasha. Even whiny, lackadaisical souls like me are getting stronger!
While you’re there, ask her for tips on foiling an abduction! She can do that too!

I’ve never belonged to a gym before much less had a personal trainer. I was out of shape and getting fat and lazy but then I met Natasha and she has helped me get back to the grind! Each personal training session I leave with confidence and feeling like a million bucks! I started a nutritional plan with Natasha at the beginning of September. It can be difficult to stick to a diet with my busy schedule, but the plan I am on makes it pretty easy. 3 Weeks later I have lost 9 pounds! I eat healthy during the week and have weekends free. I actually eat quite a bit during the week and I am never hungry. This plan has really worked for me. I still have some more weight to take off but I feel confident that I will get there with Natasha's help! If you need to take off a little or a lot of weight I recommend contacting her for a plan that's right for you!

This is not your typical gym, this becomes a place you WANT to go and with friends you never had! Everyone is welcoming and motivating and there is never a work out that’s the same. I love the constant change and challenge along side of the encouragement! Natasha is knowledgeable and has the experience in nutrition and fitness to set goals to help you reach them. Natasha classes have changed my life. I started in January of 2018 and I got hooked immediately on this place. I started personal training as well with Natasha in March of 2018. Devos fitness is amazing! I have been going since February of this year and it has truly changed my life! When I first started going, I was very nervous. Devos Fitness is amazing! I’ve been going for just about 3 years and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the trainer, Natasha, is very knowledgeable in technique, form and nutrition. It’s a one stop shop.
