DFDub Tricking is Southlake’s first ever tricking academy, specializing in youth programs that blend several styles of martial arts and gymnastics tumbling into one acrobatic movement!
Our youth classes follow a structured curriculum that engages kids and teens of all skill levels, building confidence, strength, and coordination. We also offer youth camps, as well as workshops and private lessons for all ages. For teens and adults, we provide open gym sessions for independent training.

DFDub is an amazing place to learn the art of tricking/sports karate. My son has been hooked to this for a while now and I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning this cool cross art between martial arts and gymnastics.
The competition and demos are a treat to watch and experience.
Coach Ian and Coach Truong are simply the best! Always giving guidance, being helpful and being good role models for the kids.
